Schlatt has been part of numerous murders over the years. The ones in 1999 aren’t the only ones.
Some of you may know about that there were 5 murders committed by the Zodiac Killer in the 1960’s. Schlatt was operating under that pseudonym at the time, he framed a man named Gary Francis Poste and got away with the murders.
Another example of schlatt’s work are the 5 women murdered in autumn of 1888 under the pseudonym “Jack the ripper”. Schlatt evaded the law left the country to make sure no one can connect him to the 5 murders in 1888 London.
Schlatt has been covertly operating for nearly 1 and half centuries completely anonymous and has claimed the lives of multiple people, the number of victims of schlatt is unknown but estimates put it at around 3000. In todays time there has been evidence that Schlatt was a major part of the events that occurred on September 11, 2001 claiming the lives of over 2500 people. Schlatt has managed to stay undetected for so long up until the events of 1999, where schlatt claimed the life of a homeless man by luring him with food and stabbing the man to death in a dimly light alleyway.

This is the lore I have put together so far (with other pieces from other vids as well):
Back in '99, Schlatt lured a 12 year old girl into a forest where he brutally killed her and dismembered her with a sword. 5 other women followed Schlatt into the forest as well, where he also brutally murdered them, but this time with a baseball bat. Weeks later, 7 women pressed him to the point where he brutally murdered them with his steel toe timberlands. Approximately 3 months later, he lured 3 small children into an alleyway, to where he beat them almost to death, then shot them dead. Before all this chaos, January 17th, downtown Chicago, Schlatt held a man at gunpoint where he would verbally harass him and later said man committing suicide. Also on an unknown date and unknown place, Schlatt cleaved roughly 18 men and women in a gas station, to where no witnesses lived, and no bodies were found. '99 was the most brutal year for Schlatt to come to date.

After a full analysis these are all of Schlatt's crimes:
Sometime in 1999 location most likely downtown Chicago he committed mass murder of 18 people and three children, all we know is that 5 of them were with a bat and 5 more with a sword the other 7 were confirmed to women and we also know those were done with a pair on steel toe timberlands and a 12 year old child was killed with a knife in the woods 2 more children were also killed but we don't know where when or how. The exception of these crimes is 2 women were killed in 1972 with a hook. One of these crimes was committed on April 9 of 1999 however we don't know witch one were done on this date or how many. And another detail we don't know where it fits in is that one of these crimes were committed with a kleaver and a morraca
Once we find evidence for these crimes he will be prosecuted to the full extent on the law and if you have any information on these crimes please contact the Chicago Police Department.
