slim doesn't really equal healthy in some situations. I am rather slim, but eat junk all the time. I just have a fast metabolism, I'm not at all healthy xd

Having a fast metabolism does not mean their bodies will not gain fat from a caloric surplus, the laws of thermodynamics still apply to everyone. Either mukbangers purge after their feast or they diet and/or incorporate cardio throughout a prolonged period of time to balance the calories at the end of the week.
they could also be doing 23:1 intermittent fasting, so the videos we watch could be their only meal in the day!
