If it was Beverly Hills it wouldve easily been $25million or more. You're right about the decent location part, It's located in WeHo with a decent view but most of the view is obstructed but you still get a decent view.
This remains one of my favourites of all the houses I've watched. The entire house is utilized to perfection and feels like a far bigger house than the square footage. This is no doubt due to the endless outside patio areas. The best part is how private many areas are. A true gem, as well as a true bargain.

The price is down because this house has been on the market for a looooong time. People don't like the pool, anyone on the street can look who's in it. If you make a 7 mil offer, the house is yours.
Impressive house but terrible location, I mean I recognize not technically terrible, but look at the edge of the infinity pool, it just looks straight down on a public street, no privacy.

@CHC4669 Yeah, the electrical wires are definitely an eyesore, but if you have the resources to buy an 8 million dollar home, you can probably afford the $250,000 fee of burying all the wires. Despite that tho, it's probably the poor location that gives you such a nice house at such a low cost.

For some, seclusion is not that appealing. This has a suburban ambience, which might be nice. Also, the pool is fun, because from the street you can't see that someone is swimming just above. That said, property tax + insurance for this is 124K per year, which is insane.

Yeah, I agree. Michael doesn't follow thro on anything. We have never seen the jewelers, and if it was crap like someone said, then do a retake. We also have never had a house tour of his own house as promised 9 months ago. But now Micheal had turned into a showhome tour guide, I am kind of sick seeing all these houses, so I hope we don't get a boring tour now.

Chicken Soup That has nothing to do with my comment, currently in the LA area owners thing they can get so much money for their properties. For example the 250 million house reduced way under 200 now. Listing prices are so much higher then actual sale prices.
G Gotay Do some research, I own a real estate company selling property in Spain. We work with LA realtors. Literally most properties sell 25-30% below asking prices.

G Gotay Not really, one was listed at $9.9m my client got it for $7.9m, second one was listed at $5m we got it for $4.3m, a young bitcoin guy got a Hollywood villa made for entertaining for $5.2m it was listed at $6.9m. Plus a couple more between $3m & $5m. All roughly 20% below asking price.

Hello Michael about your RR Wheels getting dirty so fast its because you don't have the Ceramic dustless brake pads if you change them out your wheels will never get dirty. Once I heard about them I have done it to all my cars except my 2017 Camaro they haven't made them yet and those wheels get black so fast, I'm suprised RR didn't do that from the start O well. Love the video and thanks.

@Alex Molina Probably not a cut for this. This is a trade -- content for the channel in exchange for increasing the exposure of the properties for the realtors. Plus the added benefit of developing relationships.
Definitely not much trust me, just think of the people who can afford to buy these houses, I don’t believe they’re sitting around watching Michael’s videos. The ones who are interested are going to be well aware of the house as long as it’s being advertised properly and is in the MLS system notifying other buyer brokers, which they will then introduce the property to their clients. So no, I can bet not much increase in prospects due to these videos.
