Theater night was a winner! Loved the theater itself. Very ornate. And the snow! Boy, do I miss that. I grew up in Massachusetts and we loved all the winter sports, ---skiing, skating, sledding (when kids) etc. Ava really does like the snow. Got a kick out of watching her roll around in it. Loved seeing you walk arm in arm after the show in the snow!

I hope you find one that has the right fit for everyone, and your books. 😊 From someone who mostly has to consume books in audio format, you read well and have a great voice for it (halve your voice over career), not all narrators do the book justice. So if you try it, make sure you find one that is good for that.
I'm glad the snow wasn't too bad, but just enough to make everything white and lovely. Winter food of casseroles and warm, hearty stews are what make winter fun for me....well then the obvious. CHRISTMAS!!!! I'm putting up my tree this weekend. Always ❤

I laugh at the people I know who moved south to avoid winter weather and they get more snow than we do. They don't appreciate my teasing much 😆

Hi Joel--I know you don’t have enough on your reading list (kidding!), but since you do enjoy Fantasy pieces, I have to recommend my all time favorite from the last 50 years spent consuming that particular genre. It’s a trilogy collectively called The Fionavar Tapestry (individually titled The Summer Tree, The Wandering Fire, and The Longest Road) by Guy Guvriel Kay. Fantastic world-building and very strong emotional connection with all the characters, but most of all, the authors writing is just beautiful, almost poetic. Highly recommend if you do enjoy truly immersive fantasy. Hope you, Keegan, the fur babies and the kiddos are all doing well😊❤!

At university, I did read Orwell’s Homage to Catalonia. Animal Farm is very good especially if you like 20th century history.
