TENNESSEE has not allowed people to score 50% of the time in the red zone. No one scored a touchdown on TENNESSEE this year. The only touchdown scored on Tennessee was a pick six not against the defense.

Tennessee's defensive stats are a bit misleading. They've only played about 6 quarters before the backups took over.
You guys do realize TN only been playing starters for about 1 quarter, 2 at most, therefore low sack totals and low interceptions.

Pressure rate with only 4 is top 10 and they haven’t blitzed yet hardly at all.
Sack numbers are low because OC’s are basically doing 1,2, ball is out because they are scared of that rush. If you watch the UT D line resets the line of scrimmage 3 yards into the backfield on every play. Pierce hasn’t played a game with more than 30 snaps, he’s yet to play a snap in a second half.
Just got a chance to watch the replay of Tulane and Oklahoma. After seeing that game let me tell you Tennessee will absolutely WAX Oklahoma!!! If I was a betting man all my money would be ON Tennessee. GBO!!!!
The story should be OUs defense vs Tennessee offense because OU’s offense doesn’t stand a chance against the Tennessee D. Unless OU’s defense can score all there touchdowns this game isn’t going to be close at all.
tennessee is more hype than reality they have not seen a defense like OU

It's hard to think of a better 1st game in the SEC. Two proud, big time programs slugging it out as Top 15 teams at an iconic stadium for an evening game. The National Title winning quarterback coming home as the head coach of the opposing team. I'm a Vols fan and if this doesn't get OU fans excited, I don't know what will. Loved our home and home series we played back in 2015 and 2016. Really happy those kinds of games will happen on a regular basis now.
Also, both fan bases can agree to hate Texas and their ugly @ss orange. Ours is a much prettier color.

I think thats the biggest advantage in this game, UTs d-line dominating OUs offensive line mostly because of depth. You guys are wore out and thin on OL. Just what i think. 41-21 Vols 🍊

Watch Tennessee vs Kent State, and watch how bad that Kent State offense is, OU is not Kent State, we're going to be able to cook a little bit, and our Defense will limit Tennessee. This could really come down to field goals, but I can also see the Sooners showing up and showing out big time
Watch OU vs Tulane and you’ll see the OU offense be mid against a much inferior defense and the OU defense play inconsistent against a mid offense. OU is obviously better than Kent State. No one is arguing that. But to say that is evidence that OU is going to all the sudden be able to “cook” against an elite defense is wild to me. You haven’t been able to run the ball against bad competition. Do you think being one dimensional is a successful recipe against UT’s defense?

Tennessee defense have not allowed a td all season I don't think it last after this game.
Me either ou is alot better than they have shown and our secondary isn't the best so ou will score some I just don't think they can score as much as tn

Tennessee runs a 4-2-5. The only way Burkes is going to be matched up with a linebacker is if he runs a crossing route. In most cases it will be against the nickel.

OU's magic number is 34, maybe even 38. The best they can hope is to hold UT to around 34. Can they score more than that?
