Forts is a physics-based RTS where foes design and build custom bases, arm them to the teeth and blast their opponent's creations to rubble.
Build an armoured fort in real-time and arm it to the teeth. Collect resources, develop your tech-tree, unlock advanced weapons to target your opponent's weak points, and feel the satisfaction as their fort comes crashing down.

Incursus - English first language - so concerned with the German name for BaconPriceComparer that he frustratingly gets the English name wrong saying "Comparator" for the whole hour they were playing.
its not bacon actually, its Petrol. Benzin=petrol, meaning full name is petrolpricecomparer.

@@Willimann the team name is literally baconprizecomparer, i know what benzine means im dutch we heave the same word. I think you're confused because one of the players is called benzinepreisvergleicher or however you spell it. the team is with bacon, look at their logo

Energy shields seem to act like mirrors in this game, so I was wondering if anyone has tried arranging them at 90 degrees to form a retroreflector to send the laser right back to its source?
I think one important thing to consider is the teammates in front of you. A lazer to an undefended back seems deadly
I don't think there's an easy way to get exactly 90 degrees. Also energy shields are expensive, why use two when one works fine?
@@DavidGuild because blowing up the enemy's laser with their own laser would be funny.
Also, if you are on the grid, you should be to make a 90 degree angle by making a right triangle (either n up and n right or diagonal shields)
The expanded game has portals as well, retroreflectors for all incoming projectiles using portals are quite effective and a common strategy.
EMP missiles counter both portals and energy shields - hitting and disabling the shields
