I've seen a number of charts with Moon Rahu conjunction in the 12th. When it is at an extreme: people (especially men) always have addictions, especially alcohol and sex/porn addiction. They are also quite self centered and selfish in relationships. Their mind is also quite agitated and aggressive. I've seen bipolar cases.
