I revisited B:Sides (on spotify, not my album that I bought in 2004) and I was like, "How the hell do I not remember this song?!" Thanks for clearing it up...I thought I was crazy.

Is the song title based on the road spanning Shenandoah National Park? I'm planning a visit to the Appalachian Mountains and when I perused the map I noticed a familiar name zig zagging across the span of the park.

Yes, the original was released in 2004. We just released the album on vinyl for the first time ever with two newly recorded tracks!

@@SpartanrecordsI got the original one in 2004 when it came out, i wish they had released this on CD as well.
The original versions of these songs were great and I have memories and emotional attachments to them. I encourage the guys of Mae to take steps FORWARD artistically, and continue to do what they love, however, I'm not especially fond of these new versions. That's not Mae, that's Dave covering Mae. I'm not digging it.
