I’m not sure if it’s true or not, but considering that (I think) there’s 64 other Medicine Sellers-not to mention that the voice actor for the OG Medicine Seller had been changed due to a scandal and whatnot-I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s true.

The way to remember Mononoke is through it's vibrant art style. I love how they have still included its 2007 element. I have been waiting eagerly for this movie for so long. The only thing I despise here is the choice of music. Not that I hate the music itself but given how traditional environment the movie is set on, I would have preferred a more traditional style music with a blend of horror. That would have been a perfect choice and would add that thrilling spice the movie gives. Rap was definitely not a good choice in my opinion. Nevertheless, I'm way excited for the movie.

That is then based off of the original Ayakashi Samurai Horror Tales 2006 the last 3 episodes- though that is not on Netflix (There is said to be 64 swords of exorcism total so in turn there is the potential for 64 different medicine sellers. Thus it is likely based on the different appearance and personality, this medicine seller is different from the one that was in the 220 and 2007 show
