There is an option to add as many album pics to your stories. Find it at the same place where you get your gifs. I hope that helps.

I am unable to add the colour on background picture when u clik on draw and choose color so it's not opaque it's a full dark color on background and no effect of the picture on background

May I know what app picture editor are you using? Is it available only for iphone?

This is done using Instagram and you can do it both in iPhone and android…no extra app is needed

There could be this issue that you guys are again tapping on the circle after adding the picture. If you still face the issue I will recommend saving your story and then add pictures on top of it
