7700x is pointless at this price, at 100 Euros less the 7600x can deliver almost the same performance in gaming. The 7800x3d is on a different level but the cost is too high for a processor at least for me
@@BigDavos i bought it at 210 Euro for my new build paired with a rx 6950xt and the performace are insane in 1440p, have you considered going for 4k? Your combo is overkill for 1440p lol
I wait 2 years for the next processors for the same chipset and see cheaper for probably 50 Fps more than for 7800x3d of the same range. You took the 7800X3D, it's very good if you plan to keep this processor for a long time. It's a good investment. But there will be more powerful processors, and much more powerful for the same chipset in 2 years! Everyone if found.

I am gonna get ryzen 5 7600 with good mobo, RAM and overkill CPU cooler so I can upgrade to 8800x3 or. 9800x3d. 7800x3d doesn't provide much gains over 7600 with current gen GPUs
@@Viggen66 well...i stretched my budget a "little bit" and bought PC for 2140€/2336$. I went with rx 7900xt and 7900x3d instead. I had bought alienware 280hz aw2723df which was on sale prior the PC which eventually made me spend more money overall because I had to buy something to feed that 280hz refresh rate with 280+fps😆. So in total PC+monitor+ peripherals 2850€/3100$. Holy crap that's much more money I intended to spend on PC lol

7600x with microcenter cost me $190 with a free ram stick ddr5. Runs 7900 XT at 1440p no problems. Best bang for buck imo

but it has better productivity performance, so if you game and do productivity (like me) it has value
7800x3d kicking butt on the game scores. The cache on these chips is why I got the 5800x3d last year.

just get the cheapest one. I bought a b650m ds3h a long time ago for like $130. It was the cheapest and "crappiest" one but it does the job fine.

Yes better to buy a better motherboard and wait for newer CPU generation. 7600x handles pretty well everything.
