As a former Democrat and now an " independent" 55 year old Black man, I find Juan Williams to be such an "embarrassment". I almost feel " ashamed" to say that I enjoyed his autobiography over 20 years ago. He like so many Democrats including a lot of my relatives just refuse to hold Biden for "anything😮😢".

I actually like your idea and I agree that an ID should be required to vote. In the primaries, I had to show my ID in my state. Every state should require it.
