My mom made a last minute Halloween costume like this, sorta. She used picnic table covers and a hot glue gun. She was an art teacher good thing. I even won 2 contest.
You don't have to use the exact same fabric,you can use normal clothing fabric that you can fin at a fabric store,or fake leather store (like the one i use) i got it on a interior car fabric store.

I cut a pattern like a V shape then i added a little peace on the nose part and then i draw the black parts with a board marker.
