Thank you for speaking on this. I’m guilty of having a room full of clothes, makeup, and bath & body works to the point it feels overwhelming. I wish there was more content of people using their products i.e. layering combos, and project use it up. I’ve been enjoying watching people use their things instead of just hauling. It gives me motivation to go use what I already have.

Yes I'm at a point where it makes me physically sick looking at everything I own. That's why I don't buy much anymore
I’m moving- for the first time in over a decade- and have been in a panic over how much bath and body works stuff (among other things!)I have and how I’m going to move it and how I’m going to store etc etc. Been throwing away older lotions and creams like crazy. I’ve definitely been feeling the whole physically sick thing about how much I have.

Tina, preach it, girl! I think Covid has done weird things to people. Not to mention that we are living in a traumatized society. And I think many people have turned to shopping as a means of coping with so much bad stuff going on in the world. You should do a video about re-appreciating the stuff you already have. Shop your stash! And then do a video about it. ♥

I'm not on tik tok at all & I personally don't care 4 long videos from anybody's channel. We're all busy & have things to do, so I can't sit & watch vids everyday all day, it's time consuming. But yeah thx 4 this vid bcuz I need a reminder myself. I bought 2 much bcuz of YT esp BBW & VS. I stopped buying make-up bcuz I've noticed I don't wear it (except 4 eyeshadow). I've noticed ur the only ytuber who talks about this. I'm OVER YTUBERS who like to hype things up bcuz at the end of the day, THEY DON'T PAY MY BILLS. But tks 4 the reminder & keeping it real. I completely feel you. Thank you for speaking on this topic. Ive given away hundreds of BBW items in the last 2 years. I knew I needed to drastically shrink my collection when it made me feel overwhelmed & embarrassed. I recently deleted my BBW app and unsubsidized from their emails. Im learning that its ok to miss a sale, to only buy what I love and to appreciate the items I already have
Since you're working on your consumption I would love to see more videos of you shopping your stash, doing project use it up & giving items away (making gift bags or donating) & layering combinations. Even doing another versus would be cool
I don’t feel like I overbuy BBW but 2 years ago I did used to shop more often than I do now. My problem is I like to buy too may different categories and that’s how I end up blowing my budget.. like I want clothes, BBW, house hold items ,skin care items etc, I have been trying to reel back some

Shopping is fun. But you're right, Tina. We have to shop responsibly and wisely and never hoard! One of my favorite quotes in life, and I live by it daily, is "Waste not, want not." Because, it's true! I notice when I (1) don't waste what I have, (2) use or use up everything I buy, (3) keep a shopping list and stick with it, I'm never without anything I need. Yes we're gonna see newer and prettier things. But, we should always ask ourselves "Do I really need it?" 99% of the time, we don't and should be grateful for what we already have. Or if we do want to upgrade to something newer, we should get rid of the old at least. Because, space is money as well. But, I will always enjoy window-shopping and watching videos like yours. I just love looking at all the trends going on and all the new collections coming out and so forth. I'm just nosey like that. Even if I don't plan on buying anything. Thank you, Tina for this public service announcement about overspending and hording. I agree with you. If it's not a job, we have no business overspending on anything. Save your money, everyone!
Fully agree seeing you tubers who throw out bbw products because they wanted to be first to get them and the eventually go off and end up no use is crazy..I perfer watching vlogs and daily life now days
Tina! You are speaking to me In this video girl. I desperately need to downsize a lot of my items. It’s a mess how much stuff I have. It gets overwhelming at times. I’ve gotten better though (once I came to this realization). I definitely try to be more mindful now. This video is real talk.
Edit: With that being said, Tina I think a lot of us would love to see some project use it up videos! Those are motivating in a sense.
