The plot hole is that Itachi would never allow Sasuke to join akatsuki and would purposely sabotage the organization. Itachi goal was to be killed by Sasuke so Sasuke becomes a hero in the leaf village and restore the honor of the Uchiha Clan.
Yamato probably wouldn’t become the sensei/ leader of team 7. Why? Well because he is part of the ANBU, and the only reason he meets Naruto is because of a mission from the Hokage. So Yamato would appear in the show much later or never at all. Most likely another or new Jonin/ journey ninja, will be there leader/sensei. Just making that clear! 😁
This has toooooo many plot holes. 1) Sasuke will not Go after Kakashi 2) Kakashi will not take Sasuke as an apprentice rather he will kill Sasuke. 3) Sasuke won't be patient enough to not try to kill Itachi and get killed. 4) Pein is not so weak to die by Kakashi and Sasuke. 5) Itachi won't agree to destroy the leaf. 6) Kakashi is not strong enough to kill Madara. 7) Itachi has illness and Sasuke will go blind and Sasuke has no MS. 8) Kakashi can't use Susanoo

If Kakashi was born with this much chakra, and had he chosen the evil path which most characters do when they possess so much strength and chakra, Kakashi would have gone berserk.
