I'm not so sure about that. Definitely if you are too brutally honest, you turn people off/against you. But I think some bluntness, or a little bit of brutality can help break someone out of their current paradigm. I find often they don't take it well in the moment, but can't help but stew on somewhat brutal honesty, then usually come back a week or two later wanting to further the conversation.
As a woman with both Sun and Moon in Scorpio , this rang true 100% I also detest lies in any form , the first thing I told people that came to work for me was “ Don’t EVER lie to me, even if you think I don’t want to hear it” , If you make a mistake ( as everyone does” be honest and we will work it out together , do not try to hide it. I'm used to being seen as the scapegoat and the villain, even when I don't actually consider myself a bad person and try not to hurt others. This doesn't mean that I have a victim mentality as that is pointless. People just seem to love projecting all their demons and darkness on to me, and I can actually handle their shadows since I'm already very familiar with shadows including my own. It is the domain of scorpio to delve into the underworld and find the gems. Just focus on being the best you and ignore what other people say about you. It is difficult but can be done.

Its great hearing these affirmations. Im Scorpio Sun and Moon(New Moon). I always hated November. That is until I broke free from the "normal" and began trying to live my life with truth of who I am. I felt like I couldn't before, not without being mocked or scolded. I still get mocked and scolded, but living in truth protects me. I'm a seeker of all that is true. 11/19 Scorpio here, I have a ability to feel peoples emotions and energy and I won't accept anything but the truth! In fact in my family, my husband and sons will not look directly at me if they plan to lie to me because I instantly see their lie and they can't keep a straight face because I can read them so well! Scorpio woman here, 2nd Nov. Truth is our middle name, and you are right, not everyone can handle the truth and takes it as a personal attack. We are so misunderstood ; instead of people appreciating our honesty they will get on the defensive and label us as harsh, when all we are doing is being authentic and getting to the crux of the matter. We don't do two faced backstabbing, we would rather confront someone with the truth than comfort them with a lie, because we know firsthand that in order to evolve and transform we need to face our truth head on. I find Leo's are especially offended by our honesty, our power and intensity. Their ego is easily bruised and it's frustrating because Leo and Scorpio together could make a formidable team if only they could communicate better. I find myself drawn to Leo men because of their charisma, confidence and masculine energy, there's a huge pull between Scorpio and Leo that can be explosive. However, their fragile ego is frustrating for the Scorpio who has lived through many ego deaths, so to me the Leo confidence is all bravado because actually they are very weak when it comes to confronting the dark side of life. As the sign that represents the sun, they fear the dark, whereas for Scorpio it's the source of our strength and power, and they are confused and intimidated by this ( but would never admit to this!). Also I have found some association of mental disorders to the signs, I associate Borderline Personality Disorder to Scorpio, Bipolar to Gemini, Narcissism to Leo, OCD to Virgo, Anger issues/short-tempered to Aries, etc. If you check the traits of these mental disorders you will find they have alot of association with the mental disorders.

Here’s the thing about lying, most people do not even realize they are lying because it’s not about you, it’s about them so go easy, lol. They are lying to themselves not you. Scorpios can easily handle lying, we need to go deeper and see what is the cause of lying in the person before us, in this way we will be able to help. Nobody can hurt us, nobody! People who “hate” lying are still in defensive mode spiritually and in this state we cannot help anyone, only hurt others and that will require atonement on our part. Remember your strength 😜

Nov 1, year of the Tiger. Sun, Venus and Neptune in Scorpio. Female. Unable to forget betrayals and lies if that person does not express genuine regret. I can forgive a mistake because we all have a bad day. However, empty apologies can be left at the door. I always tell the truth even when it may hurt me. Very loyal and intense. I try to keep a cap on the intensity especially when someone has done me dirty. Scorpios see things others do not see. We can read many people. If a Scorpio tells you something it will be in your best interest to listen.

Scorpio here and right in the middle of the calendar 12th I always knew from day one there was more to it. Always into mysticism probably first meditation in secondary school.. You are right about us always seeking the truth and telling the truth but over the years ive decided to choose the audience with whom i share the truth not everyone is ready for it. Some people really can get offended or take it the wrong way. I hate lies beyond anything else.. Also not everyone can handle our energy and intensity.. Also we never forget i mean you will be long gone ill still remember and if you have gotten behind our skin its time to move to Antarctica although not sure even that would help. Although ive learnt to let go but do not test us and do not betray us and never lie to us, ill read you like an open book whereas ill only share with you what i want you to know. Also Scorpio is a sign of transformation we are always transforming in terms of Scorpio to Eagle to final stage Phoenix where you completely rise above own ego and start guiding others but only to those whom are ready to listen. We dont like waste time either as we can basically accomplish anything instead wasting time.
You may enjoy telling yourself that you read us like a book, but my experience of Scorpios is that you're quite, quite wrong. And if you don't want to be lied to, you'd better be willing to sit there and listen to the unpleasant truth. If you don't want to be betrayed, then don't drive us away. Finally, I see nothing to brag about in holding a grudge, and it seems rather hypocritical to brag about holding a grudge forever, followed by bragging about always being in a state of transformation, and guiding others who are ready to listen. Not buying it.

I am always in standby mode. So if someone has a message for me in an attack manner, then I am ready and able to fight back in an attack mode too. I will not back down if you come in a negative and/or attack mode toward me. I am ready to meet anyone on any level but not going to tolerate negative perceived attack toward me.

I was born on the first day of Sagittarius and I love scorpios so much - true friends and very loyal - I don’t really like to mess with anyone so I’ve never seen the vengeful side of them lol. But as a student of the occult I’ve learned that scorpios are the last evolution of the sign water and therefore contain a more concentrated form of the element. Water is considered a carrier of psychic energy and I’ve always believed that scorpios have some level of psychic abilities especially when you look into their eyes - there’s a certain depth to their eyes that makes me feel like I’m being hypnotized.

Hello, Sarah here, born 11/9. You absolutely know your stuff! I couldn't have said it better myself! Of all the bad things someone can say, I despise lies the most! I have always said, "I can handle the truth much better than a lie"; meaning my reaction to hearing the immediate truth from the source in question is much calmer than the extreme anger (among other feelings) I have when having to hear the truth from others or find the truth for myself. That being said I also absolutely cannot stand for my time to be wasted! I am not saying there is a certain limit to the time itself, but there is only so much time I am willing to give for things that are not helpful and have no purpose/ good reason. Scorpios are always seen in a bad way but I can promise you that everything we do and say is for a good reason and serves a purpose! There is a reason scorpion sting their prey, and that is so that they do not suffer from what is coming next; the sting that paralyzes the opponent allows the prey to see and understand what is coming without making the prey suffer from the afflictions that take place thereafter. Also, notice the use of the word opponent; this only occurs when a scorpion feels threatened or feels that there is competition over its territory/belongings. I'm not so sure about that. Definitely if you are too brutally honest, you turn people off/against you. But I think some bluntness, or a little bit of brutality can help break someone out of their current paradigm. I find often they don't take it well in the moment, but can't help but stew on somewhat brutal honesty, then usually come back a week or two later wanting to further the conversation.

Scorpio woman here, 2nd Nov. Truth is our middle name, and you are right, not everyone can handle the truth and takes it as a personal attack. We are so misunderstood ; instead of people appreciating our honesty they will get on the defensive and label us as harsh, when all we are doing is being authentic and getting to the crux of the matter. We don't do two faced backstabbing, we would rather confront someone with the truth than comfort them with a lie, because we know firsthand that in order to evolve and transform we need to face our truth head on. I find Leo's are especially offended by our honesty, our power and intensity. Their ego is easily bruised and it's frustrating because Leo and Scorpio together could make a formidable team if only they could communicate better. I find myself drawn to Leo men because of their charisma, confidence and masculine energy, there's a huge pull between Scorpio and Leo that can be explosive. However, their fragile ego is frustrating for the Scorpio who has lived through many ego deaths, so to me the Leo confidence is all bravado because actually they are very weak when it comes to confronting the dark side of life. As the sign that represents the sun, they fear the dark, whereas for Scorpio it's the source of our strength and power, and they are confused and intimidated by this ( but would never admit to this!).
Dark thoughts? Just a regular day to us Scorpio's 😂. We suffer, we rise. Death and rebirth. Not for the fainthearted, we are power personified! Yes it can sometimes feel like a heavy burden being a Scorpio, but not in a million years would I want to be any other sign. We rock 😀.

Also I have found some association of mental disorders to the signs, I associate Borderline Personality Disorder to Scorpio, Bipolar to Gemini, Narcissism to Leo, OCD to Virgo, Anger issues/short-tempered to Aries, etc. If you check the traits of these mental disorders you will find they have alot of association with the mental disorders.
We all have our issues, but I would be very careful before I label them as a mental disorders. That’s just my opinion. The main thing is that we learn how to use our weaknesses and transform them into strengths.

Here’s the thing about lying, most people do not even realize they are lying because it’s not about you, it’s about them so go easy, lol. They are lying to themselves not you. Nov 1, year of the Tiger. Sun, Venus and Neptune in Scorpio. Female. Unable to forget betrayals and lies if that person does not express genuine regret. I can forgive a mistake because we all have a bad day. However, empty apologies can be left at the door. I always tell the truth even when it may hurt me. Very loyal and intense. I try to keep a cap on the intensity especially when someone has done me dirty. Scorpios see things others do not see. We can read many people. If a Scorpio tells you something it will be in your best interest to listen.

Scorpio here and right in the middle of the calendar 12th I always knew from day one there was more to it. Always into mysticism probably first meditation in secondary school.. You are right about us always seeking the truth and telling the truth but over the years ive decided to choose the audience with whom i share the truth not everyone is ready for it. Some people really can get offended or take it the wrong way. I hate lies beyond anything else.. Also not everyone can handle our energy and intensity.. Also we never forget i mean you will be long gone ill still remember and if you have gotten behind our skin its time to move to Antarctica although not sure even that would help. Although ive learnt to let go but do not test us and do not betray us and never lie to us, ill read you like an open book whereas ill only share with you what i want you to know. Also Scorpio is a sign of transformation we are always transforming in terms of Scorpio to Eagle to final stage Phoenix where you completely rise above own ego and start guiding others but only to those whom are ready to listen. We dont like waste time either as we can basically accomplish anything instead wasting time.
You may enjoy telling yourself that you read us like a book, but my experience of Scorpios is that you're quite, quite wrong. And if you don't want to be lied to, you'd better be willing to sit there and listen to the unpleasant truth. If you don't want to be betrayed, then don't drive us away. Finally, I see nothing to brag about in holding a grudge, and it seems rather hypocritical to brag about holding a grudge forever, followed by bragging about always being in a state of transformation, and guiding others who are ready to listen. Not buying it.

If you lied to a Scorpio even once then we will never trust you again. I will forgive the person who lied but never trust the individual. I am very direct when talking to a person. I am always in standby mode. So if someone has a message for me in an attack manner, then I am ready and able to fight back in an attack mode too. I will not back down if you come in a negative and/or attack mode toward me. I am ready to meet anyone on any level but not going to tolerate negative perceived attack toward me.

Yes. Well this is very much scorpion energy. Definitely not saying that you should trust someone that betrays you of course. But it’s another thing to write them out of your book so to speak. We also need to appreciate the people who come to us with messages. Because on another level, it’s really the universe coming at us to tell us something. So we shouldn’t confuse the individual who betrays us with the universe that wants to tell us something. Hope that makes sense.

Fascinating thank you, as ASC ♏️ this clarifies some things, I am quite frank in general, & always focus on truth & nobility of the sign, so always appreciated Scorpio. In comparison .... v recently during Venus retrograde, a Scorpio female friend with Sun/Pluto conjunct robbed me blind while she stayed overnight here during her house move (that I’d given up a week to help her with. After 2y of hot food & showers 2xpw while she lived in her work atelier/hangar). She went through every draw, cupboard & wardrobe of my whole flat while I slept outside on the balcony that night, & just stole 1/4 of my stuff... a bit of everything including coats, dresses, books, the lot, as thanks. Now I’m no spring chicken at 53, but I just didn’t see it coming (i didn’t even know that was possible from one woman friend to another...)... so tho I knew it intellectually: Scorpio can be very dark too....

I was born on the first day of Sagittarius and I love scorpios so much - true friends and very loyal - I don’t really like to mess with anyone so I’ve never seen the vengeful side of them lol. But as a student of the occult I’ve learned that scorpios are the last evolution of the sign water and therefore contain a more concentrated form of the element. Water is considered a carrier of psychic energy and I’ve always believed that scorpios have some level of psychic abilities especially when you look into their eyes - there’s a certain depth to their eyes that makes me feel like I’m being hypnotized.

Hello, Sarah here, born 11/9. You absolutely know your stuff! I couldn't have said it better myself! Of all the bad things someone can say, I despise lies the most! I have always said, "I can handle the truth much better than a lie"; meaning my reaction to hearing the immediate truth from the source in question is much calmer than the extreme anger (among other feelings) I have when having to hear the truth from others or find the truth for myself. That being said I also absolutely cannot stand for my time to be wasted! I am not saying there is a certain limit to the time itself, but there is only so much time I am willing to give for things that are not helpful and have no purpose/ good reason. Scorpios are always seen in a bad way but I can promise you that everything we do and say is for a good reason and serves a purpose! There is a reason scorpion sting their prey, and that is so that they do not suffer from what is coming next; the sting that paralyzes the opponent allows the prey to see and understand what is coming without making the prey suffer from the afflictions that take place thereafter. Also, notice the use of the word opponent; this only occurs when a scorpion feels threatened or feels that there is competition over its territory/belongings. Our love burns bright like a flame, but do not dare try to put the flame out because no matter what source is used to put it out the offender will be burned and left with a scar to remind them of what they should not have done, and dare not do again. Scorpios show mercy to those willing to do what it takes to be deserving of what is offered. We see the great potential people have and just try to help them see it and go after it as well.

I'm a Halloween baby, and have always had one foot in the physical world and the other foot in the spiritual world. I was told by my dad that the sun was rising as I was entering this world. I also immediately know when someone is being dishonest, and sense one's true intentions, thoughts, energy, etc. I also see into others' souls just by looking at a photo.
