It started well but then it got a little messy. Specially the examples (politicians are more likely to try to evoke the communitas feeling exactly to use it as a rethoric device in their favour) and the bit by the end. Turner was always adamant about how the mess was made when people made a confusion between the communitas state and the regular structure of society, often leading to even more rigid structures (you sort of touched that but then sort of contradicted it?). I would go further and say we see that happening with political correctness, for example, where there is an ideal of bettering the world and championing equality but it is expressed by an authoritarian sort of speech police.

I have searched for it and have been unsuccessful... That research sounds so dynamic were the period of liminality is so distinct as night and day... Thank you
