Hello and thank you for you comment and questions. Q)Was it safe? A)Absolutely. The hotel area is safe for sure. You can even walk to Leblon area from here Q)How was the beach? A)The beach was great with exception of the days with high wind advisory. As for the beach area, since locals use this too, just use caution with your belongings. The best thing will be to leave your belongings at the hotel pool or your room while using the beach. Other than that beautiful. Q)Transportation: Uber or others? A)I used Uber for the majority of my rides. But I also used Taxi at times. They were still relatively safe. Also the hotel provides a shuttle every hour to Leblon beach and also Leblon Mall. The favela behind the hotel is actually known to be more affluent than others. Also, it’s really a no impact to the hotel guests, unless you have experienced otherwise. Based my stay, it had no affect whatsoever.
Great review thanks. In the club lounge do they have free alcoholic drinks, cocktails? And is the food available throughout the day or at specific times only, I can’t find any info on it. Thanks.
@@jueym8164 the alcoholic beverages are only served at the evening hours. Same for food. The lounge will have some snacks like chips and cookies with nonalcoholic beverages.
