As big as this mod planter is. John Deere does make a 48 row planter at 30" rows (120' or 36.5 meters if I remember right). It's a BD120. My family demoed one this past spring but decided against purchasing. Love the videos!

These mods (along with the Big Bud dlc) would have been really useful when I did the american map in FS15.. Still have nightmares with Field 18 and Field 9.

In my opinion, this was the best video you've done since I subscribed to your channel. It would be great if you combine realistic and unrealistic parts in your series. Because, too much realism bores like hell as too much unrealistic stuff does. A good combination I think would be perfect. That cultivator is completely realistic. It is not even close to being a world record holder. You can get cultivators a fair bit wider than that. In fact, 80 ft (almost 25 m) cultivators aren't exactly uncommon.

Joonas Rautio American maps are shite, they're so boring and flat, and British map makers put way more work in than the American map makers because the British ones are just so much more detailed
That was bonkers, and I have no problem with that. It is after all, a game, and you're supposed to have fun, so the odd departure from gritty simulation is perfectly fine. Even Giants acknowledge this. Did you see all the pedestrians turn into zombies on Hallowe'en? }:)
I know this video is older and I have seen it before now but it is just hilarious watching you use this (HUGE) equipment. It cracks me up knowing your preference is smaller equipment. Great video even the second time watching it.

Good show. I would use the large equipment in a heartbeat. I'm currently running Missouri River Bottoms, the fields are very large, I'm using the largest equipment I can find.
Once I bought field 9 and used only the smallest machines, worst tractor, worst header, worst everything. Oh yea, at the start I plowed and cultivated. It took FOREVER and it wasn't even worth it.
If got to give u credit for that I did it with medium ones and it took like 2 hours just cultivated and it was really bad so I really got to give you credit
Hey Daggerwin, I understand the rest of those machines were quite unrealistic. But that John Deere is perfectly realistic the numbering may be off but the width is spot on as a real JD cultivator (the new series ranges from 7.8m to 21.2m) That 2410 cultivator only comes in at 19.5.. So when saying it is unrealistic, it actually isn't at all. You should use the 32 meter air seeder, which cultivates, plants and fertilises. It actually exists in real life as well.
