yea i get burnt out too from stuff, i have a cobblemon world with my friends and one thing that helps me is that i like making the custom pokemon datapacks which we add to the world and then go out and find then use them to show off to each other or to battle. i have goals on the world but sometimes i dont feel motivated to do them but just playing around and having fun helps to go back.
I'm glad to hear that you've found some solutions to the burnout for yourself and your friends! It's incredibly important to find ways to enjoy the things you love so you don't leave them behind. I think another part of the burnout comes from not enjoying games outside of stream/recording lately. It's easy to pick up a game and be like, "Oh man, I need to record this!" to make it feel "worth" the time, but it's so much better to just keep some things for yourself.
This was how I felt when I grinded through Genshin daily. I just couldn't keep up with the grind anymore, now I feel more free to explore at my own pace and not feel pressured to optimize my time on a game. It became work after work.
I try to eb and flow the best I can. I set goals for myself, but I also take steps back, slow down, alter, or change when I need to, while trying to focus on the main goal and the fun/love of the games and creation.

I fully agree with you there on every gacha game. Making it into a job is taxing, man.

You have a very healthy mindset for the process. I can tell that you've given it your introspection and deep mindfulness.
