My doctor had me write a letter to him. Write what he did to you, how it made you feel and how it has affected your life. It helped me. God bless you and remember hating harms you more. It's like drinking poison hoping the other person will die. Stay prayerful. If the s.o.b is alive, confront him (take somebody you trust with you and speak your truth to him). It's like drinking poison hoping the other person will die. Stay prayerful. If the s.o.b is alive, confront him (take somebody you trust with you and speak your truth to him).
