Having felt mostly meh about the films I had watched of Terry Gilliam up to that point, Brazil was just an incredible experience to me. Easily one of the best movies of the decade and Gilliam's masterpiece.

Brazil is a film i've kept coming back to over the years and kept seeing new things in. Perennially relatable. And some great comedy. I loved Pryce's performance in The Man Who Killed Don Quixote.

Very well said. It's layered and well-executed in exactly the way that makes a film satisfying to revisit. Coincidentally, I'll finally be getting around to watching TMWKDQ soon (having just picked up a copy).
