EPIC! I especially love those Extremely Rare Triangle and Circle Call Panels! I really want to find a Fully original Westy but it's hard to come by one in West NC.
Another fun and almost original example! Our smaller sister city to my home city had a store built in the early 60s that had Westinghouse with those light up arrow buttons on the outside. My office building (1970) originally had Westinghouse but they've been modded. The door plates still say Westinghouse and there's a sort of speaker above the buttons that I recognize from Westinghouse past.
That cab is awesome. This thing is incredible.
I agree with you!
I love it!

They are not common

That is awesome. I love Westinghouse
You gotta love the call station & huge cab.
They are epic. I have both styles of call in the museum.
That was a Amazing Westinghouse Elevator video 🐔👍
I love this elevator
Installed in 1956/'57 (and still running to this day!)
Thanks. I figured it was 50s
Oooh! I rarely see those Westinghouse up and down fixtures and the door censors are like from newer elevators!
I love Westy!
@@DieselDucy Nicee! That’s cool!
Wow! What a find!
it was AMAZING. being ripped out soon :(
@@DieselDucy NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
I like this old elevator with the LED door sensors.
They are awesome
I take it these Westinghouse elevators didn't have the latching buttons like some of the earlier ones did?
These did NOT latch.
This is extremely awesome
I loved it.
Wow all looks original except the door safety reverse sensor. I can see the green lights in the left side of the jamb.
Yep. it is awesome.
Holy cow. These are very nice
yes this is!
When was this installed?? This doesn't deserve a mod. Definitely an antique elevator!
I believe 1950s
1957.
What a find!!
Thanks! Would have not known about it if not for Patrick Nedz.
These are nice buttons
Thanks!
Traction or hydraulic?
Traction
@@DieselDucy this reminds me of the elevator you rode with the jimster
I have a bad hunch this has since been modded since this video was shot. How did you get in?
It was just shot a couple months ago. Just walked in.
Nice
Thanks
The circle call buttons don’t light up.
If they weren’t burnt out they would
They need to replace the bulbs.
I heard this thing was getting modded soon. I don't think that's true though. I checked the record.
it is being replaced from what i have heard.
Amazing
I love this.
Dieselducy, when was this elevator built?
I believe 1950s Patrick Nedz or Jared would probably know more.
1957.
I never saw fixture before.
They are not common
This is unusual Andrew.
it the door warning light.
It is pretty cool
Slightly modified but keeps the original buttons and a panel
I love this elevator
I wanna say this elevator was built in the mid 1970’s
Early to Mid 60's.
1950s
Whoever said they were modding this was wrong.
It is still in place?
Again, I know they care about this westys when theres a LED bar on the doors
Hopefully it won’t get modded.
More older
Yep
shoutout me
hi there.
