Learn your arc and flight times, how to gauge distance and how fast a target is traveling in relation to the speed of your bombs, and lastly, how large an explosive radius they have. Go into training or even bot matches to get a feel for it. Once you get the hang of it, then try on actual players. Use his talent for bigger bombs to help at first.

Bomb King is rough to get good with. Landing his bombs consistently takes huge practice, so prepare for the grind.
