I was acquainted with someone who guided clients using EFT tapping for PTSD. He said personal guidance is more effective, but no harm in trying a "generic" guide that you can find online.

These triggers are very high quality and your velvety voice really adds to the serene experience. I also feel like you go on with a trigger for a good while but not long enough for it to become old.
