Big up Joyce on this episode too massive respect for her level of vulnerability and her persistence in making her point. Happiness is really a skill looking forward to learning how to do exercise this during the year. Thanks for sharing :) ❤
Joyce’s bounce back energy is to be admired, I do think Fred had a strong argument. The way you grow up seeing how women are respected or not respected shapes your view of what is acceptable for you. So it’s a more indirect way but it is a daddy issue. Joyce’s point was also valid, if the financial need wasn’t present she wouldn’t have even looked for that. So both are true. But Fred seemed like his social battery was died
I love watching 90s Baby Show, but it was difficult to sit through the dynamic this episode. I think viewers would've felt more concerned rather than upset with Fred's mood if that energy wasn't misdirected towards Joyce, who's first and foremost a guest (let's keep that in mind). I think the big thing is: it's okay to have bad days, but it's *not* okay to take it out on others. Hope you all are okay 🖤
I really enjoyed this convo, many interesting topics ! Temi & VP you man are good friends with great energy beacuse you allowed Fred to just be himself without drawing attention to anything. Fred seemed quite upset this episode man, especially when it got to the sugar daddy debate, could see he wasn't happy his points where being challenged. Hope he is alright! That being said Joyce was a great guest and her honesty & olive branch for mens mental health was actually very admirable. Her ability to navigate through the convo was top notch. Anyway much love!

@@beammeupscottyny True, but sometimes it doesn't pan out that way & sometimes we have off days; I'm glad VP, Madame Joyce & Tems were able to reel it in & keep things lighthearted despite the sombre mood.
This convo went so left from Fred being defensive over a point he didn’t even make. The girl was talking about her experience about something and he tried to force his interpretation of her life onto her, and got annoyed/felt dismissed when people didn’t agree with him. Very weird energy/vibes
The truth is that in the majority of cases all these issues stem from the dysfunction within the family set up. It may not be the case with Joyce but in the majority of the cases these issues stem from the dysfunction that exists within the family.
Something felt off this episode in regards to Fred. He might not be in the mood but still try and accommodate the guest. It’s ok to not agree but no need to move off. Even the trivia, I’m glad Temi pulled him up on how he was conducting his part. Hope whatever was bugging you gets solved bro. Happy new year guys 🙏🏾
I understand Fred bus sometimes things aren't necessarily related to family and home issue, the issue could be within themselves and with the way they think. Some people crave attention not because they lacked it from their parents but because they don't FEEL like they did or didn't like it from them and will go ans seek it from somewhere else
@Double N No. Some issues could start from school, relationships etc.. Childhood is the whole of your experiences when you were young, not just from home.
Well-done Joyce really enjoyed you on this...Fred made me tense through out the whole thing. Mezzup! Tems and VP had to work hard to compensate.. not fair. But we all have bad days.

Fred mansplaining is painful to watch s*xwork or any form of getting money or resources outside of the home isnt routed in having daddy issues!! what he was saying was inherently misogynistic and bringing up Joyces father being abusive was low. Big respect to Joyce having having this conversation with grace.
So would you be ok with your 17 year old daughter going to meet old men potentially for those type of relationships? Not every time sugar baby, sometimes get a job in tescos or retail
Anyways, regarding the sugar daddy issue it stems from lack of generational wealth within the black household. Both parents may work, but it doesn’t mean parents always have enough disposable income to give to there children whenever they need it. Simply, Joyce wanted to live the high-life and knew the lifestyle required wealth, the END.
@@streetsiswatching9660 I can’t speak on those that choose to take that route, just a societal observation. Maybe have this conversation with someone who is a sugar baby 😊
New here and have binged watched these pods but this one...woah the eristic traits really shone through and not in a positive way. Fred was having a disputatious person's day here and my lil heart couldn't take it. The bounce back is inevitable and I'm sure it's all love. Personally it always sucks seeing someone have an off day and yes I'm very aware that it isn't always sunshine and rainbows but always awful. Hope he's well thou love from South Africa 🇿🇦 ❤️ Don't come for me it was an "astute observation"...(it probably isnt) I'm just a highly sensitive person, deduced to tears whilst typing this 😅
Hey guys really loving the pod. I’m one of your younger viewers and I grew up in a single parent household now the conversation that you guys had in this episode was a really nice and refreshing to hear. However I feel like some of the things that Fred said were dismissive and frankly quite offensive and I know he wouldn’t intend that. But as a younger viewer (im a 14 year old girl btw) I felt that Fred was sort of saying that if I was to go into a more sexualised industry it would be due to the absence of my father in my life however my relationship with my father does not define me as a person it was sort of asif he was saying that I can’t be a sugar baby just because I want to be a sugar baby my dad has to come into it somehow. I don’t really feel like that is true especially in Madame Joyce’s case I feel like she was a product of her environment she just wanted to make money and she saw that’s how other girls were doing it I don’t fully see how her dad comes into that. If she came and said that she wanted a male figure to come and support her because she felt a lack of attention then I could see where the father figure may come into it but not in this example all love no hate but my question is for Fred is: is he saying that I can’t be a sugar baby just because I want to be without no ties to my relationship with my father? Because personally I feel that if we are seeing it online and that’s how the girls are making money of course others are going to want to join it’s not always a lack of a father figure and for Fred to generalise all girls who are products of a single parent household was just a little mad to me but yeah all love no hate
Suga daddies and money are too glorified I can't stand in the way of it no one was understand my point and think it was a generalisation, from the story told that figure is missing never was it a guarantee. but also daddy issues is seen as an issue on the daughter only, when in fact its the daddy that was the issue
Fred is just a misogynist. I would say sorry for his wife but I’m sure she knows who’s she laying down with. Joyce handled herself so well and that’s why she will go so far. And as always, much love to VP and Temi for always being exceptional men
I hear where Fred is coming from with the sugar daddy thing but he should allow Joyce to live her truth cos he doesn’t know the whole situation with her relationship with her father. He’s making assumptions
Fred mood is so off. It’s annoying when someone is in a bad mood and now everyone has to feel it. He comes across emotionally immature. He was being very dismissive of Joyce, so uncomfortable to watch. It felt like he was only listening to go against her opinion as oppose to listening to understand her experience. Thank god VP & Temi demonstrated an open mind and asked the right questions rather than forcing their opinions on to her.

Fred’s points in the sugar daddy debate was interesting and the grace that Madam Joyce displayed had me clapping. Temi and VP were podding hard. There was levels to this episode. ❤️
Madame Joyce made a phenomenal guest! 💜
Fantastic guest
hmm that sugar daddy convo was very tense. he was very harsh and he was 100% judging her. Besides that, VP is such an angel. So nice hearing that he was raised by women, it really shows!
Definitely 😭 VP is the sweetest ❤
Can’t judge someone for something this didn’t do. Was just an observation from how the story started. 🤷🏿♂️
Joyce and VP 🎉🎉 the vibes were impeccable hope she comes back on the pod again
🖤🖤🖤 real soon
I’m pretty sure the crisp was called “Salt & Shake”, that shit was fun😂
It was definitely Salt & Shake 😂😂
Lol it was a con
I really expected this episode to be all bants but my favourite thing about you man is being yourself and being real always. We all experience life and express differently. I think expecting you guys to be a certain way all the time is a bit entitled. Love for always showing up! Big up Joyce on this episode too massive respect for her level of vulnerability and her persistence in making her point. Happiness is really a skill looking forward to learning how to do exercise this during the year. Thanks for sharing :) ❤
🖤🖤🖤🖤
Joyce needs a monthly guest slot.
Yes!
She is amazing
Absolutely!!! We need more of this type of conversations. I am glad people are leaving honest reviews this week
I reaaalyyy respect how Joyce handled that cause Lord knows it could’ve went all the way LEFT 🥲
🙆🏿♂️🙆🏿♂️
Joyce’s bounce back energy is to be admired, I do think Fred had a strong argument. The way you grow up seeing how women are respected or not respected shapes your view of what is acceptable for you. So it’s a more indirect way but it is a daddy issue. Joyce’s point was also valid, if the financial need wasn’t present she wouldn’t have even looked for that. So both are true. But Fred seemed like his social battery was died
🖤🖤
I love watching 90s Baby Show, but it was difficult to sit through the dynamic this episode. I think viewers would've felt more concerned rather than upset with Fred's mood if that energy wasn't misdirected towards Joyce, who's first and foremost a guest (let's keep that in mind). I think the big thing is: it's okay to have bad days, but it's *not* okay to take it out on others. Hope you all are okay 🖤
🖤
On the sugar daddy part..never rolled my eyes in my life like when fred opened his mouth 🚮
🖤🖤
Lmaoooo did Fred have a fight with a woman before this was filmed I’m so confused 😭 Joyce was amazing as always💕
❤️
Fred starting the episode on bad vibes lol
🖤🖤
Word Fred just gotta go sleep sometimes
JR LOL
I really enjoyed this convo, many interesting topics ! Temi & VP you man are good friends with great energy beacuse you allowed Fred to just be himself without drawing attention to anything. Fred seemed quite upset this episode man, especially when it got to the sugar daddy debate, could see he wasn't happy his points where being challenged. Hope he is alright! That being said Joyce was a great guest and her honesty & olive branch for mens mental health was actually very admirable. Her ability to navigate through the convo was top notch. Anyway much love!
🤝🏿appreciate this comment
Loved this episode! and the crisps that VP mentioned that came with a salt packet inside is called 'Salt and Shake'. What a throwbackkkk
🧂🧂🧂
the worst thing about those crisps is that the salt packet was always at the bottom, so you had to dig through the crisps first just to get to the salt 😭
Loooool Facts!!!
DIIIIGGG for that blue packk😭😭😭😭
Lol I agree with you fred🤣🤣 you can tell he was angry bro went silent for like 10 minutes. Then took it out on trivia. "COOOO DOOOWWNN"
Ffs Samson Lool
Lmfaooooooo idk what’s up Fred ass but he was steaminggg about something and it seemed like he was taking it out on Joyce. Esp after the the sugar daddy convo he refused to laugh and was staring at Joyce with too much Vim and it was uncomfortable to watch. He should’ve taken a sick day lmfaoooo he really could’ve skipped this one he contributed nothing to this episode
🖤🖤🖤
LOVED THE SUGGADADDY TOPIC GUYS. Women can use their bodies for money and not have “issues”
As a man. Can’t agree with this comment but as a woman you can defo do what you like
I just wanted to hug Joyce 😭😭😭
You should if you know her, she is amazing :)
Lol, it's getting a bit tense 👀. I like this episode because it mirrors real life; it's not all jokes or being on the same page without a little confrontation. The conflict resolution on display in this episode might go unnoticed, but kudos to everybody. 👏🏾
In regards to the leaderboard ?
@@haya7030 No, in regards to how they handled Fred’s temperament in this episode.
Nah, her experience didn’t need to be challenged lol he is not al professional - he should’ve just listened like the others respectfully
@@beammeupscottyny True, but sometimes it doesn't pan out that way & sometimes we have off days; I'm glad VP, Madame Joyce & Tems were able to reel it in & keep things lighthearted despite the sombre mood.
👀
This convo went so left from Fred being defensive over a point he didn’t even make. The girl was talking about her experience about something and he tried to force his interpretation of her life onto her, and got annoyed/felt dismissed when people didn’t agree with him. Very weird energy/vibes
Perfectly articulated
🖤
Frr was kind of annoying ngl
joyce has a gift of wisdom, knowledge, understanding
😂 the crisps were Walkers Salt n Shake
BHahah
Fred chooses who’s he rude and dismissive towards. He wouldn’t dare try this sassiness with Poet or Savage Dan.
Lol behave
The Irony of talking about happiness and Fred's face is so jokes 🤣🤣🤣
It was a perfect moment lol
The truth is that in the majority of cases all these issues stem from the dysfunction within the family set up. It may not be the case with Joyce but in the majority of the cases these issues stem from the dysfunction that exists within the family.
Good point
VP has the best personality ever!
🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿
Something felt off this episode in regards to Fred. He might not be in the mood but still try and accommodate the guest. It’s ok to not agree but no need to move off. Even the trivia, I’m glad Temi pulled him up on how he was conducting his part. Hope whatever was bugging you gets solved bro. Happy new year guys 🙏🏾
Happy new year man. Appreciate it ❤️
I understand Fred bus sometimes things aren't necessarily related to family and home issue, the issue could be within themselves and with the way they think. Some people crave attention not because they lacked it from their parents but because they don't FEEL like they did or didn't like it from them and will go ans seek it from somewhere else
@Double N No. Some issues could start from school, relationships etc.. Childhood is the whole of your experiences when you were young, not just from home.
🤝🏿
I feel like Fred was being a bit obtuse with the abuse/church thing lol
Lol it’s an obtuse show
Well-done Joyce really enjoyed you on this...Fred made me tense through out the whole thing. Mezzup! Tems and VP had to work hard to compensate.. not fair. But we all have bad days.
❤️❤️❤️

Fred coluld've sat this one out lool
Next bad mood he’s outta here
I go to church but I still don’t mingle with anyone in church 😂after church straight to the car
Hear it Lool
Fred isn't someone you can talk to without judgment.
🖤
Fred’s vibe is just rude always looking at his phone won’t even crack a smile looking absent . We all have off days but just stay behind the camera for that episode . She’s come onto your podcast and this is the welcome but she is handling it well ngl Really uncomfortable to watch !
🖤🖤
Gabzy would be a nice guest on the pod speaking of him. And Odeal!! Both R&B/AfroSwing artists. Also hope Fred is okay !! 🫶🏾
Second suggestion for Gabzy. Not sure who it is but will research
Fred seems off , reminds me of that episode I think in 2020 when he was mad at tem and one other guest lol
You are a real viewer lol we go again as always, appreciate the support for so long
The Kimbi episode and started calling them Pussyio’s because he didn’t get the response he wanted
@@rtb_milli8186 yeah that’s the one
"all the bad b's have done care" 🤣🤣🤣 yes Joyce!
😂😂
Fred point about the daddy issues made no sense. He needs to watch himself back loool
What exactly didn’t make sense
Not every time sugar baby.... sometimes get a job and work hard
Joyce is right! Would go to church just for crisp and Capri sun when I was young🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
So happy to see Madame Joyce on here again ✨🧡
Vibess
Loooooool when Fred said people should aim for perfectionism or it will piss him off. I hope you are okay Fred❤️😂
We hear both sides. You know bro will be back 😉
1:07:32 love you guys and love Joyce. Would love her to come back on another podcast.
Not saying we should always have high energy podcasts, feel your feelings for sure but it felt a bit off, especially with Joyce speaking about family. Obv still love you guys. Hope everyone is okay.
❤️❤️
NA, Fred was on violence. He stopped her athletic heydays to talk about her current running style 😂
😂😂
While I hear people’s points about possibly postponing the ep because one isn’t in the mood, at the same time I disagree. They should be allowed to be their true authentic self. I’m sure if Fred didn’t wanna be there he wouldn’t have been. I appreciate the realness. We are human at the end of the day
Csnt let situations defeat us 🖤
Salt and shake crisps!!!! I remember being told not to use too much salt and I had to leave the sachet in my lunchbox for inspection when I got home 😂😂😂
😂😂
this episode had so much potential….but just wasn’t it today
Sorry
I came here to watch Miss Madam Joyce and yeah Fred was off from the get go and then was upset coz everyone isn’t listening to him but he wasn’t respecting and listening to others.
🖤🖤🖤
Love Joyce every time, I think what VP was saying about a dads role was such a real thing. Ofcourse there’s no manual but would be nice to hear from Temi or any other father guests what they believe their role is or what it looks like
Good shout, who would you like to see come on?

Fred's points make sense. It just wasn't Joyce's story that's all.
Yep
I'm only 16 mins in, but I can tell this isn't the usual jolly Fred; his energy is a bit dismissive. I may be wrong tho 😅

Fred mansplaining is painful to watch s*xwork or any form of getting money or resources outside of the home isnt routed in having daddy issues!! what he was saying was inherently misogynistic and bringing up Joyces father being abusive was low. Big respect to Joyce having having this conversation with grace.
Nah this comment is very inaccurate
So would you be ok with your 17 year old daughter going to meet old men potentially for those type of relationships? Not every time sugar baby, sometimes get a job in tescos or retail
Why is this my first time seeing Adidas clogs 💀 though they was superstars but the back looked weird
Lool
Joyce might as well have just glued her hand to that helmet 😂😂
😂😂😂
I think Fred didn’t want to be singled out by Joyce at the beginning and felt a way ever since. Glad he lightened up a bit in the last section
Glad you noticed the pick up ✊🏾
Joyce was a good sport. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Fantastic guest
Anyways, regarding the sugar daddy issue it stems from lack of generational wealth within the black household. Both parents may work, but it doesn’t mean parents always have enough disposable income to give to there children whenever they need it. Simply, Joyce wanted to live the high-life and knew the lifestyle required wealth, the END.
🤝🏿
At what cost ? Are we just throwing away morals and dignity for mild prostitution casually now ?
@@streetsiswatching9660 I can’t speak on those that choose to take that route, just a societal observation. Maybe have this conversation with someone who is a sugar baby 😊
Yay Fred laughed! Lol😅 was getting a bit worried like… you ok?????
😂😂😂
New here and have binged watched these pods but this one...woah the eristic traits really shone through and not in a positive way. Fred was having a disputatious person's day here and my lil heart couldn't take it. The bounce back is inevitable and I'm sure it's all love. Personally it always sucks seeing someone have an off day and yes I'm very aware that it isn't always sunshine and rainbows but always awful. Hope he's well thou love from South Africa 🇿🇦 ❤️ Don't come for me it was an "astute observation"...(it probably isnt) I'm just a highly sensitive person, deduced to tears whilst typing this 😅
Loool had to google a few words here 🖤🖤
Hey guys really loving the pod.
And as always, much love to VP and Temi for always being exceptional men
🖤🖤🖤
He has a wife? Poor her lol
Let’s look out for Fred please!
Episode was great by the way 👏🏽
No he’s grown enough
❤️❤️
I hear where Fred is coming from with the sugar daddy thing but he should allow Joyce to live her truth cos he doesn’t know the whole situation with her relationship with her father. He’s making assumptions
Yep
I think Fred was just a little confused as to why having a Sugar Daddy was being glorified and spoken on in that manner
That’s slyly where it was heading but didn’t even dive into that one too tough
But it wasn’t glorified though, she just about started talking about her experience
Good energy or off energy Fred, I’ll always love him, stay safe fr 🤞🏾❤️
❤️❤️
nah temi what kind of question is that about what does yellow and green make? atleast do primary colours 😂
😂😂😂😂😂
Fred mood is so off. It’s annoying when someone is in a bad mood and now everyone has to feel it. He comes across emotionally immature. He was being very dismissive of Joyce, so uncomfortable to watch. It felt like he was only listening to go against her opinion as oppose to listening to understand her experience. Thank god VP & Temi demonstrated an open mind and asked the right questions rather than forcing their opinions on to her.
We go again next week
Bad mood will equal helmet from now on
