What i did with mine is remove the triangle rooms in the center. You can get away with putting one down, which becomes the roof and floor for other floors of the house. So you enter and the floor is grass but the roof is the room above. Then 2nd floor everything is as in video, then third floor is the roof of the second floor😅 its green but walkable and perfectly in place. This frees up two to three more room slots you can use for a patio, pool, rooftop expansion etc. Ive also taken the horse stable and turned it upsidedown to become a noce little sun room/ entrance/exit while i paraglide from teleport or terry town. When its upsidedown all the hay and horses are removed. It even gives you nice " shelves" if you slot some items there.

I love the top floor. It’s so airy and that breeze off the ocean probably felt so nice.
