Hi my name is Monique and I participated in the Feeding 9 Billion Challenge
    00:05 - 00:51
and the ICON program. One thing that I really enjoyed about this event was it was very different from other events where usually you're competing against each other. I got to meet a lot of other students who I wouldn't have met if I was just out and about for school because a lot of the people there were from different programs or majors. I think the collaboration with people from different minors or majors really allowed me to gain that different perspective on the problems we are facing and because of that it really allowed us to just work together as teammates with like-minded ideas of solving these problems. It was a really great way of establishing problems that we have in today's world and finding solutions to create social change.
