Pastor Mark, I absolutely love your heart for men! Not just to get up in front and speak truth which is incredibly powerful and life changing, but on top of that and so key is setting these men up for success by bringing other godly men into their lives to walk along beside them. Thank you Pastor Mark for courageously addressing the proverbial “elephant in the room” regarding the loss of masculinity in today’s world. Your statement “the average young man today has the grip strength of his grandmother two generations before”…this is just one clear example of Satan’s grip on the young men of earth today. I love that you tackle and speak on the topics many pastors are afraid to address for fear of either repercussions from their communities, governments or congregations. I thank my Father that he has put brave men like yourself, into positions of influence and leadership so the lost sheep can find a way off the crooked paths and back onto the straight. God bless you.

Meditation and study of the word of God is the ONLY way you can pray correctly or be a activist. It MUST begin with his word even before prayer . How can you pray as you should without knowing his word . Maybe that is why we are in the mess we are .
This may sound dumb but how do you give our burdens, worries, stresses and fears to the Lord?
Mostly through prayer, you could pray something like:
Dear Lord, I ask that you take the burdens and worries I have and replace them with the peace of You, I ask that I can be constantly reminded that all is in your hands and I can live and revel in that beautiful fact.

To piggyback… also take scriptures that proclaim the truth about who you are and speak them over yourself daily. This has been very helpful for me.
