Kepada rakyat malaysia…bersyukurlah dgn rawatan pergigian gov bagi dkt malaysia.hanya pedaftaran rm1.dan rawatan 2hinggit anda dpt rawatan sebaiknya.jika dipikirkan sebaiknya bersyurkurlah.kita tahu kita xmampu nk pergi ke klinik gigi swastar sbb mahal.so jaga lah gigi sebaik mungkin.xsusah hanya berus sekurangnya 2 kali sehari dan floss sekali sehari sebelum tidur dan gosok gigi terus tido.ibu bapa plak jaga gigi anak dgn bantu cuci gigi mereka.so 6bulan sekali jumpa dr untuk cuci gigi scalling dan check kondisi gigi.gigi ni bukan mcn sakit lain yg perlu hari2 pergi hospital atau klinik.semua atas sifat kita sendiri.apa2 kita lihat pada gigi.klo gigi dah mcn apa.kompon baju dan kebersihan lain terabai.bahagian paling kotor adalah dalam mulut tau.jaga hygiene mulut sebaiknya.
Lelaki Malaysia ramai yang 'conservative', korang ni very independent, your job pun bukan jenis conservative,like9-5. Memang kena cari lelaki yang kena betul-betul memahami, bukan setakat dia, keluarga (read as mil or fil) dia pun kena faham korang. Kalau tak faham pun, at least he can help you by supporting what ever your passion is, and slowly make the family understand it as well. I am with mel, kena bersyukur apa yang kita ada. It's good to see that now you are aware we need to go to the dentist. And honestly nana, we cannot wait till we have toothache to come to dental clinic. We have to do dental check up twice a year & do scalling & polishing. Another thing that dentist always say, dental treatment is not pricey. But ignorant is. This is bcs, if we do regular check up, we can prevent from our gigi from rosak. Because early prevention can be done when we visit the dentist.
dulu time sekolah nampak van kkm( dentist) lari nyorok kat toilet....dan dan cikgu jumpa siap bawa kad hijau dentist tu..padahal nak scaling je.. now nak pegi surrender diri sendiri😆
