Ich habe auch den Kickr gekauft und denke über das Decathlon RC120. Ich hätte folgende Fragen: 1.) Fährst Du das Rad noch am Kickr und was ist Dein Langzeit-Fazit? 2.) Insbesondere: Was sagst Du zu der Schaltung? Ich habe das Gefühl, Microshift hat keine Lobby, was sagt Du? 3.) Und zuletzt: Das Rad hat 2*8. Ist die Bandbreite trotzdem in Ordnung (wen die Sprünge zwischen den Gängen größer sind, hätte ich damit kein Problem). Danke für eine Info!
1) Ja, ich fahre es noch oder wieder am Kickr Mittlerweile hatte ich den Drivetrain umgebaut (auch Videos dazu gemacht) aber für Indoor Training wäre es besser gewesen, wenn ich den Orginal-Drivetrain beibehalten hätte 2) Die Microshift Schaltung war gut 3) Ja, Bandbreite ist die gleiche nur Sprünge sind größer als bei 2x11 Stört aber beim Indoor Training überhaupt nicht
@@ralphking2720 Danke. Vielleicht noch als Ergänzung: Das Front-Shifting bei der Microshift Schaltung ist nicht so schön und knackig wie bei Shimano- man kann sich aber daran gewöhnen. War für mich kein Problem. Bei der hinteren Schaltung gibt es keinen merklichen Unterschied.

@@ralphking2720 ich hab die Disc version seit August, hab draußen bis jetzt 4800km abgerissen, fahre sonst nur MTB und ist mein erstes „Rennrad“ ich Upgrade gerade auf die 105 Gruppe die ich sehr günstig von einem Bekannten bekommen habe. Das Rad macht spaß! Dazu noch ein etwas besseren Laufradsatz und dann fahr ich das ding bis ich irgendwann evtl. „mehr“ möchte!

@@thenerdymamil8557 Thanks! I am also getting the Kickr Core and am looking for the cheapest bike possible for it. The RC100 is 7-speed so it might not fit so well as the RC120. Any comments on this? I tried to find spacers only but can't seem to find them for sale anywhere..
@@TwittyMc I am not sure- but maybe for the 7 speed cassets you need the same spacer as for the 8 speed? And as stated before, this comes with the Wohoo Kickr Core.
@@TwittyMc Noise is not too bad- my neighbors were never complaining ;) I have not yet felt the need for front tire elevation (though you are right it might be somewhat lower than with the rear wheel in place)
Hi, what adjustments, if any, did you need to make to have your RC120 work with the trainer? I’m wondering if the hub width on the RC120 is in fact 135mm rather than the road bike standard of 130mm and hence needs adjusting? Or maybe I’m not measuring correctly.

thanks for your video. so do u remove the cassette from the rear wheel and install into the kickr? and then place the bike onto the kickr?
That's one way of doing it.
However, I bought a special cassette for the kicker.
Since weight is not an issue, the cheapest one would do.

The Kickr Core comes with the necessary adapter/axle.
Did you need any spacers for the rc120 cassette?
Yes, the usual 11speed to 8 speed spacer, but it came with the Wahoo Kickr

Of course it will work.
Just the gear shifter is not as nice.

The necessary adapter was provided with my Kickt Core, I did not have any problems
