    Can I get something to drink with this knowledge? Happy to see you impart some tips on UV Printing as well as laser engraving.

    Fantastic tip! I just started doing tumblers and although with some some LA's Totally Awesome Cleaner and a magic eraser I get all the burnt material off, this polishing tip will help me get those engravings to pop!! Thanks for sharing.

    Great video, but what do you use to print the tumbler?

      I purchase those tumblers already with a print on them but I can print on them with a UV printer if I need to.

    Have you tried bumping up the power? I get nice results with a bit higher power and cleaning with alcohol.

      Thank you for the input and suggestion.
      I currently have a 50w co2. I run it at 27% speed and 100% power. It leaves a residue and most tumblers clean nicely with ZEP 505 but this brand would leave a film behind and the buffing with the polish would leave a nice protectant for a little bit.

      @@Kingprintco Nice. I've also gotten good results with LA Awesome and a miracle eraser, but LA Awesome is probably very similar to ZEP.

      I have tried LA awesome as well. I have just had really good results of the Zep505.

    Would this work on a powdered-coated tumbler?

    • @Kingprintco
      @Kingprintco  8 месяцев назад

      Yes, absolutely. I use this method on all tumblers no matter the coating. It just removes residual residue and makes a beautiful shiny metal engraving area.

    Do you uv print the tumbler then laser engrave it ? Can you do that

    • @Kingprintco
      @Kingprintco  3 месяца назад

      I do not do that but I don't know why it would not be possible. I believe I have seen others that have done it.

      No it was a coating from the manufacturer.

    Will it polish out lines on the stainless tumbler

    • @Kingprintco
      @Kingprintco  Год назад +1

      I am not exactly sure which lines you are referring to but the more you do it the more it will buff and polish. Just be aware that too much can begin to remove the coating or coloring around the area you are buffing.

    Is that a stainless steel tumbler with sublimation on it that you've engraved on?

    • @Kingprintco
      @Kingprintco  2 года назад +1

      It is a stainless tumbler that I get from my distributor. Some are powder coated and some are like a dipped wrap material.

    How much Apoxsee do you put on your tongue?

    • @Kingprintco
      @Kingprintco  Год назад

      We don’t use apoxy. We use a couple of dots the size of a dime on the sponge of the chrome polish.

    whats about rust ?

    • @Kingprintco
      @Kingprintco  10 месяцев назад

      The tumblers are stainless. Rust should not be an issue. Also with the product I am using, it is a wax so would act as a protectant for a period of time.
      Most all tumblers that have silver print on them are made the same way. I have had several for years and have not had any signs of rust on any of them.

    • @Kingprintco
      @Kingprintco  10 месяцев назад

      You could put a clear coat over top of it. That will help.
