The narator might have misread his source about the Marikina shoes. It took 77 days to make the shoes but only costed ₱1.2 million (US$23,076), not 77 million.

That pair of shoes is displayed in marikina city, the shoe capital in the Philippines. That's a fact, it worth 77M or almost 2M in canadian dollars.

Halloween is less popular word in the Philippines because they call it "ALL SAINT'S day> 1st day of Nov and ALL SOUL's day> 2nd day of Nov" Halloween is only celebrated in night clubs and discos! Most filipinos around 98% celebrates Nov 1 and 2 in the cemetery remembering their loved ones who have ahead which is a-ma-zing! This is a 2-day holiday of the country!> no work and no school just purely a celebration of the dead loved ones! A massive gathering and visiting in the cemetery around that week cooking and eating favourite foods for their dead loved ones... isn't that amazing?

The celebration of hollowen is only 1 or 2 days here in the Philippines, first we go to the church to pray, then we visit the cemetery of our loved ones who have passed away and will spend the night until morning in their tomb.and of course we bring their favorite food for them ☺️🥰

Not anymore...today, Christianity is the predominant faith in six Asian countries, the Philippines, East Timor, Cyprus, Russia, Armenia and Georgia. In both conservative (the UAE) and moderately liberal (Malaysia and Indonesia).

The info was quite outdated. East timor is also one of christian nation in asia, making Ph not the solely one. And categorizing as christian nation mainly means that the population is predominantly christian, not necessarily that it has some christian population

The Philippines was christianized by Spain and to this day remains strongly Christian, thus the label “the only Christian nation in Asia. The number of Christians in other Asian countries is very few.

I'm a 64 yr.old Filipina living all my life in the Philippines but it's my first time to hear and see that there's a snake massage happening in our country. Maybe because it's not popular or only happens in the provinces(I live in Metro-Manila since birth). About the biggest Marikina shoes, that pair of shoes was made probably to show the pride of the people of Marikina in making really quality shoes, but the 77M cost of creating the pair I think wasn't accurate, too overpriced.

It's like he's trying to sound like an expert on this natural disaster thing he mentioned which I think is ridiculous that the Philippines shake twenty times everyday. I have lived in the Philippines for many years, but I did not feel the earthquake twenty times a day. not even for years. He is exaggerating. You can smell it by the tone of his voice. He is not believable.

Twenty earthquakes in the Philippines everyday ? What? That's not true, He is full of BS. This guy is not genuine and not honest enough to tell what is truth. I think he just wanted to get a lot of viewers and subscribers 🤑. I was wondering where he got that false information about the Philippines having earthquake twenty times a day. I'm personally, not impressed with the guy and the tone of his voice. There were many comments about him creating negative subtitles (The Ten Foreign Celebrities who insulted the Pilipinos and its country the Philippines, The Ten foreigners who insulted the Pilipinos), instead of positive, then he'd try to come to their defense when they (Pilipinos) start to react to the negative subtitles. Some Pilipinos would say and I quote, "Thank you Dave for defending us and the Philippines". "Thank you for loving the Philippines".
Back to the twenty earthquakes a day is absolutely exaggerated. For the second time I'd say, he is full of BS.
By the way, he is Canadian, but he is not Caucasian he is black and lives in the Philippines with his wife.
