Love the videos brother & always appreciate the perspective along with the direction.
I know I'm 6 months late on the relevance of this one in comparison to newer vids... but I'd love the chance to see how you best handle the more aggressive & quick-witted rebuttals to your responses... opposed to seeing everyone fold so quickly bc of their gut & feelings of intimidation.
For example, relative to the 'importance of the car' approach to the house payment... how would you spin off the client's response being along the lines of...
"I can easily find another vehicle with the same level of reliability for half the price or less... but I'd never be able to find another house just the same"
Or...
"the important difference for me in your analogy is that my home is an appreciating asset to me that always has an initial value/investment that's at least 5x higher than that of my vehicle(s). All the while, my vehicle is always no doubt, depreciating in value at almost the same 5x multiple downwards, after making the purchase"
Or maybe....
"Realizing I'm almost paying the same as my mortgage for this vehicle now has made me realize I need to reevaluate the whole thing"

Your house or Mtg Payment is WAY more important than that lousy depreciating car payment. You’re return on that house payment when and if you sell, will far out way, any return you’d ever get on trading or selling a used vehicle. Car payments are useless money traps.
