Το Πετρίλο (έως το 1971 Μάγειρος) είναι ορεινό χωριό της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Καρδίτσας (τέως νομού). Βρίσκεται κτισμένο σε υψόμετρο 1.160 μέτρων, στις πλαγιές των Αγράφων, και αποτελεί έναν από τους πιο ορεινούς οικισμούς της Θεσσαλίας.
