Satchel packing into cartons with an ABB 1200

This system packs a range of satchel bag sizes into a pre-formed carton. The satchels are roughly collated into rows so they lay out properly in the cartons. Maximum satchel rate is 80 per minute collated into rows of 3 to 6 satchels per pick.
Cartons are also passed through to another hand-packing operation.
