    Soft & Chewy M&M Cookies
    Ingredients:
    3 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp fine sea salt ( I used 3/4 tsp. regular table salt)
    2 sticks unsalted butter- room temperature
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 1/4 cups lightly packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
    1- 12oz. bag of M&M's
    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    Directions: preheat oven to 350 degrees F
    In a stand mixer or hand mixer beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the bowl as needed. Then add the vanilla, eggs, mix well.
    In a separte bowl mix all dry ingredients, flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix well then add the dry ingredients to the wet. Combine well , scrape down bowl as needed.
    Then mix in M&M's and semisweet chocolate chips.
    using a icecream scoop scoop out dough and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Cool on cooling rack until completely cooled. Enjoy!
    SNICKERDOODLE BLONDIES
    INGREDIENTS:
    3/4 cup or 1 1/2 sticks butter softened
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. kosher salt
    (2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 tsp. sugar mixed together for topping)
    DIRECTIONS:
    preheat oven to 350 degrees F
    grease a 9x9 baking dish
    using a hand mixer mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, 2 eggs, and vanilla mix well.
    In a separte bowl mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt. Mix well then add them to the wet ingredients and mix well then put mixer in baking dish. Make sure its spread out evenly. Then sprinkle cinnamon sugar topping mixture over the top.
    Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and slightly soft in the middle. Enjoy!
