thank so much sir, until i face problem with copier machine 2520 i face two problems 1 when machine is starting it say open right cover and follow the label instruction to remove paper it say and 2. when switch off machine and again turn on machine it say remove paper from output tray... please help me sir if you can.. thank you..

Hi sir i have canono 2530 customer complame copy quality not good when i chek print is ok but ichange setting in go to sevice mode print then print numeric i change number value left side 150 and rihgt side 90 after this copy very give blak shade what i do
