The only thing it really needs is exterior white wash. Viola perfect! I love it.

yes I would modernise kitchen and bathroom too but they are fine to use so could be done slowly.

Slow down with the camera, you make people dizzy with the speed of movement. Remember the 10 second rule for panning.
