- FINALLY!!! We've made it to season 3 finale!!! (and what a finale o.o!!) This episode left us shook to the core and with good reason! I hope you enjoy our reaction, 'cause we sure enjoyed this episode ;)
The scene with the bees and the music is definitely one of the most effective scenes of Black Mirror. Beautifully done and underrated.
Uugh I still got chills just thinking about that scene!! It was hauntingly beautiful!

I love what you said, Chris- that you dont know what's going on in someone's life. I always try to live by that. Someone joking and smiling could be breaking inside. They could be having to go through an awful depression but arent showing it. Someone being mean could just be taking out their anger on someone but they could be going through a divorce or have just lost someone. You never know, so I always try to be nice and smile. It makes me so angry when people are just mean to be mean. You never know if something you say could be a trigger for someone for anything. So thank you for saying that.
This was great as always and I agree with what you said about the scene with the music and the bees when they are about to start the killing spree, it’s beautiful but haunting at the same time.
So now that you’re done with season 3, when are you starting season 4? Are you taking a break? Please don’t, I can’t wait to see your reactions to the 4th season!

We try to manage our schedules as best we can xD back then, our work schedules didn't match, so whenever we had some spare time, we would record a bunch of episodes ;)
I think my favorite is white bear just cause of the twist at the end
What I think is that probably the bee was inside the cake, once the first victim ate the cake then the ADI Bee got activated and once inside, it killed Jo Powers. And maybe that’s why her husband from the beginning said “Don’t eat it” like if there was something suspicious in the cake. It was like if he already knew there was something bad going on.
(Replying to a 2 year old comment is weird but anyway) I think the cake was a red herring. We do get a shot of her open window right behind her before she dies
he probably said don't eat it because....common sense tells you don't eat food from strangers who openly hate you

That's the theme tonight : haters gonna hate hahaha. Ah well... They don't deserve any attention. Not my favorite episode at all, but still a good one for me. Funny how your favorites are probably my least favorites (Hated In Nation and Playtest). I don't know why, but Playtest wasn't great at all for me. Favorites ? Absolute top 3 : Shut Up and Dance, White Bear are there. Third spot is already more challenging... Between : San Junipero, Nosedive, National Anthem, White Christmas, Black Museum and Entire History of You... Even Crocodile could be up there. I didn't notice the "big change" from season 2 to season 3. Shut Up And Dance and White Bear were quite shocking, IMO. Men Against Fire and Hated In The Nation were absolutely different. Yeah ! There is a gap, but for some episodes only. Anyway, always great react :) Continue being yourselves : you're great !

I hope you guys realized that this particular episode (as well done as it was), had a big massive logic plothole, right?
If the bees identify the people they kill through a facial recognition algorithm (and with the help of the many pictures that people post of themselves on the internet), then what was stopping all the potential victims from simply going out and buying and wearing masks?
It's not like the bees had a capacity to tell apart a masked face from a real one.
Facial recognition software is not that complex and even if it could tell that they were wearing masks then how could it tell what the real face under the mask was?
Just get masks of famous dead people (like Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher) who couldn't possibly have taken part in the game.

True!! That could've helped (guess they didn't think of that xD) of course they would've had to know they were targeted for it to work, so I guess all the hashtag users would've still died at the end :/ but they could've saved the third victim and protect the potential fourth with that!
I actually thought of something similar when the third victim died! I kept thinking "why aren't they just putting a jacket or a towel over her head and get her out?" But I guess that would've taken away all the tension xD
