Correct said...the way phones made over the past 5 years, from almost ALL the various smartphone brands, actually i find it NOT SMART BUT VERY STUPID, because this way of producing encourages wastage as the battery is the main 'consumable item' in a phone...after around 2 years usage then the ability to hold strong charge drops resulting in unwanted rebooting when using high power apps like camera apps etc. & they expect people to discard the entire phone just because of the battery...such thinking is stupid wasteful !!!! Yes, the way smartphones are made need to be changed back more to 'old fashioned way' of using removable battery cover & user replaceable battery, as far as i'm concerned, speaking from user point of view !!!!
BE VERY CAREFUL..be gentle..also use isopropyl alcohol to soften the glue. I broke my LCD during changing the charging port. And I dont think I was hard on it ;)
this phone is so good , solid built i am considering replacing battery bcz except for battery degradation theres nothing wrong with mine after 3 years

Great phone terrible battery replacement, the phone is coming to an end now only because off the battery, so much waiste in the world...
Nope you can buy new batteries for it, but the Android is out dated and can not be upgraded so that is what will kill it.
...and from now on you have to live with 3 rubber rings on your phone :)
