Japan has the Monster Trio, but those 3 aren't the only monsters on the team. Don't forget about Yamamoto and Ogawa too. Sekita isn't a monster but I think he's worth mentioning here, he doesn't get enough credit cause he always looks mediocre next to all the monsters he has to work with😂

Japanese players are shorter on average so to see a 180cm guy jump up over a 3 meter block and score is crazy. Plus their style and team play is cool and somewhat elegant unlike European teams.
Well yes this was from 1 year ago roughly but this didn’t age well. Japan is the 6th ranked team in the world and not terribly far behind number 5 and 4. So their skills aren’t exaggerated at all.
