Two mistakes in half of the video
1 in creating or abolishing legislative council,the state assembly need to pass a resolution by a special majority and the parliament need to approve it by simple majority
Absolute majority is not in the picture,be it abolition pr creation
2 you draw two pyramids to show the LS and RS and legislative assembly...its illogical to arrange these bodies, if any they may be arranged horizontally not vertical,
More in case of Bicameral States where legislative council is nothing vis a vis legislative assembly
, besides,the term the state legislature , state assembly are not identical expression

hello madam ...small doubt ....if one MP is there in rajya sabha from 4 years ,he has 2 years more to complete his tenure in RS ...a new govt (LS formed ) came into existance ... a new elected PM wants that one MP to be there in his Council of minister batch ...then what happens to that MP (Who he took charge as COM) ,wheather he resinged after 2 years (or) continue till LS is there

Hello . I am a little confused understanding your question,still i think this is what you have asked and answer accordingly
So if only 2 year tenure is remaining no new government would name that rajya sabha member into council of ministers.
And even if they do he has to come back as an MP after 2 years , he can’t continue as a part of com on existing rajya sabha seat.
I hope i have answered your query .
