    Mam we use only 30-50ppm chlorine for fruit wash in industry.

      To sanitise fruit and vegetables, clean them in water to remove all visible dirt and then sanitise them by soaking in 100 ppm (free) chlorine for 5 minutes.

      @@DrSoumyaJKarunakaran ok.. In industrial level we use 30-50 ppm chlorine washing and water changed after 6hrs or water becomes dirty and there is second washing with sprayers to remove residual chlorine... we can use even 10 ppm if we use RO treated water for cleaning..
