a big reason youngboy is so big and has such an impact on his fans is cuz of how much people can relate to his pain & trauma. yeah from the outside looking in it might look like youngboy is just promoting violence and talking killings, but theres a deeper meaning to all that. alot of rappers say they are the voice of the streets, but youngboy is the pain of the babies, the pain of the youth. which is why his fan base is so big and the kids idolize him, cuz they can relate to his pain & trauma.
not even just that, as a white man i can’t relate to the shit he went through but i can appreciate how RAW his songs are, how crazy his versatility is, the switch ups in flow, the content he talks about he can change it up way more in that sense then other rappers, among other reasons

If you can, react to his entire “AI Youngboy 2” album which he made at the age of 19. It is currently 1 of 4 rap albums to have every single song on it certified gold or platinum. No misses. Very versatile album with great music. Another fun fact is youngboy has the most plaques in history at the youngest age too.

You should react to records like “Pour One” it’s deep song, also another record called “Drawing Symbols” which is a really sad song.
