I gotta say I love the Charmander artwork on these boxes in general but more so the metallic look to the sleeves is great.
Did not expect this set to be so fun. Pulls are like crown zenith

I know everyone is super pumped about Charizard but I love seeing Absol and Scizor (my chase cards) getting some love in this set!!
I pulled that scizor out of my etb it's really sick in person put it right beside my scizor prime
The scizor is the coolest card
This is definitely the best set by far of Scarlett and Violet

For me obsidian flames is one of the best sets that really draws me in to buy booster boxes for it, also like how instead of combining Japanese sets and have one giant set they decided to simply take the Japanese set and translate it

imagine being a kid and getting that first box though. that would be a sore one. congrats on the pulls, i would never get into collecting myself because i just dont wanna go deep into that rabbit hole and yugioh cards are not as valuable as pokemon cards either. but i enjoy watching these openings for nostalgias sake since i did like pokemon when i was younger with the gen 1 stuff. Pidgeot is my favorite pokemon with Zaptos. I wish Pokemon gave Pidgeot more love but i know people dont care about him as much as me haha.
It seems like the gold Charizard has fairly high pull rates, seen multiple ppl pull it already. Hopefully it won’t be too difficult for me to pull 😅 also that charmander promo is too cute 🥺
Gold charizard is easy to get the silver one is more rare and worth more
