My all time favorite referee moment is when Ben Dreith said "That's a personal, on number 99 of the defense! After he tackled the quarterback, 👉 he's giving him the 👇 business down there! 👊 That's a 15 yard penalty!"

Idk, that seemed like a correct call. Lamar was getting tackled either way but for the events that happened on the play, the call was correct.

Although this is funny, this shows the many mistakes the refs have made over this season and there are many more missed/bad calls that didn’t make the cut. I think the NFL needs to make refs full-time employees so that they can study film and train during the offseason, so that games can be officiated more fairly
