I think it's great that they put more stuff in when they updated Erangel, but why did they have to downgrade the realistic graphics like that. It's not like it looked bad, I would have liked to see those movement effects on the grass and bushes but with the old graphics. The current ones look, to me, weird.

it's only going to drop fps more now for people with lower end systems , as you can see
colors are gone from the game , textures aren't really sharper , just a different texture
don't see the point in loosing fps again to have a couple more trees in your way when trying to shoot enemies ...

They optimized the inside but not outside
In some spots on the new map the fps do drop abit becuase of all the new textures, but in saying that for the way it looks now its well worth the bit of fps, its a huge difference, makes it more enjoyable now and alot easier to spot players, now you dont have to run around in cycles to try amd spot where your getting shot from lolol

Old one looks more clear. Just look at the details of old Pubg. I can see the containers of gergopool more clearly in old one as compared to new version. Though the older one was a bit darker.
