Also, Regis seems to be a part of the "jealous of Devin Haney" boxers club. Which is a group of boxers who probably spar alot, and trade posts and friend each other on social media, and they also gossip and hate on others, like Haney. Regis trainer seems to echo the sentiment that Haney is a spoiled kid who has a privileged career cause he has a financially independent father who has supported him. It seems that, perhaps, some of these fighters who may not have a father figure seem to think that Haney is a spoiled brat for this and it seems these guys hate that Haney is doing things his way with his father's support without needing to go through a crooked promotional company that isn't owned by black men. Haney is hated on cause he's black, confident, out spoken, and a undefeated champion, and his father being in his life makes ppl hate him more because black father's in the lives of their kids is frowned upon, especially if the father isn't a coon.
