I bought the 70ml of EDP 2 days after I bought 1ml decant. Never have I imagined na bibilin ko full bottle at all kasi I’m not into pricey perfumes talaga. Bumili lang ako decant to see what the hype is abt. I really liked how it smelled on me, nakaka-adik, I smelled so good I wanted to marry myseld. Haha. Pero nakaka-noseblind nga sya but with only 2 sprays grabe ang projection and it does fill the room. I asked my daughter to try it on sa school, she sprayed 2 spritz at 7am. I was napping when she got home at 4p and nagising ako kasi sobrsng bango ng kwarto. I bought it bec after trying it the first time the scent will really play peek-a-boo on you. You don’t notice it all the time but it will remind you every now and then na it’s still there and I loved it. I never smelled anything like this perfume. I have the AG Cloud, though may slight similarity, the BR540 is just different and smelled expensive imo. I wore it 1 time then nagmotor ng tanghali the whole afternoon but 8hrs later, someone tapped me on my back and asked what my perfume was. I was blown away. I though amoy pawis na ko 😂 im just amazed sa performance ng perfume na to and will always be my fave
My aunt visiting from the US stayed with us for a few days and I am not exaggerating, her scent stayed in the room for weeks! I asked her perfume was because it smelled really nice. Sweet but not everpowering. And you guessed it right, it was the Baccarat Rouge 540 EDP. The best thing was is that when she left, she gave the me the perfume!🥰 Excited to try it on myself! This fragrance is just amazing! I didnt like it at first, the smell has a clinic vibe on me. but i tried it anyway just to see how it goes on me. I was alone in my office, sprayed it. After 2 hours, a colleague came in and we were like 2 meters away from each other and he said wow you smell great! wow! but i'm not smelling it on myself, good thing i didnt retouched! :)
It's amazing how different people can have varying experiences with this one! On me, one spray on my wrist and I'm enveloped in sugary sweetness for hours. I can smell it immediately through my mask and the projection around me is amazing. I don't smell the woodsy bits unless I put my wrist up to my nose. It smells VERY similar to Cloud but to get the same intensity I probably have to have 5 sprays of Cloud to match. Longevity is amazing as well. Funny things is, my husband can barely smell it 🤣. Anyway, love the way you share your experience and I definitely agree that this is not blind buy safe...test first.
This is the most complimented scent in my collection so far, got 50 perfumes in my wardrobe and MFK baccarat is still the one to beat. 🥰 The juice is Heavenly .

I've seen this review last year and went back to it ngayon coz I just got a full bottle of this. And totoo nga di ko sya masyado maamoy masyado sa skin ko and I'm worried na maoverspray ko, pero amoy ng iba sa akin. Sooo weird pero interesting science!
I bought my 70ml bottle at Adora Greenbelt 5 earlier today and Php15,800 na siya ngayon. I wish i was able purchase this 2 years ago but it is still worth every penny given its high quality scent and longevity.
I sprayed BR540 in Adora on my skin (pulse point and arm) because I was curious of the hype. Honestly, it smelled like Ariana’s Cloud in the opening. The dry down was a little different but I couldn’t justify the price since my husband said it just smelled like Cloud to him too. I went home and the perfume did not develop into something spectacular. Maybe if I sprayed it all over my skin it would be a different case. But I was just too underwhelmed to go back and buy it for that hefty price.
Thanks for this review. Very helpful especially for Filipino noses which we can't have from others. More success to the channel. On Baccarat Rouge, if it's just sugary sweet, I don't think it's worth the price. You can have the same effect or even more with Juicy Couture. Love it on my wife! :)
I planned to buy it 3weeks ago but unfortunately my son had a tantrums. I brought home the paper which SA gave to me to smell it. And u know what really made me buy this is that until today I can smell it in my room! No jokes I put it on my make up pouch and the whole thing inside got this smell. Nag spray ako isa sa braso, isa lang! 15 hours na, naaamoy ko pa din sa sarili ko. Maya’t maya napapnsin ko sarili ko, pero subtle lang. Yung scent is exactly how you described it.

I have both version, the EDP and Extrait bought from Adora Greenbelt. Th extrait is much more detectable in my case as I go full anosmic with the EDP. Its true though, compliments galore. I wear it to enjoy myself but compliments are a nice bonus.
Molecule O1, is one of a "skin scent" perfume. Fragrances that resemble the natural skin scent. Meron na Rin ata na Narciso Rodriguez na skin scent. I agree din talaga dun sa review mo Ms. Ruth, burn caramelized sugar, in short cotton candy, Meron time na Hindi mo sya maamoy pero may time na maamoy mo pa Rin sya after 4 hours kahit do ka mag retouch, amoy na amoy mo pa Rin si Baccarat.

We have the same experience. I have to constantly ask my hubby if i still smells good. Smelling from the bottle, it is so gorgeous, and i wanted to love it. But for some reason, hindi ko sya maamoy. She is like a ghost, you smell it lightly and then a split second it is gone. It does not project well on me. I do not even know if it has an amazing silliage. This is a Niche perfume made with molecules. Maybe, my body chemistry does not respond well with synthetic scent. I think my nose is into heavy, dense, beast scent, like Portrait of a Lady. This is also a Niche perfume by Frederick Malle, made by Dominique Ropion. My all time favorite scent. I always got a lot of compliments, and sometimes people will stop me just to ask what i am wearing. Going bak to BR 540, if you are new to niche perfume, this is the one for you.
If I’m new to niche perfumes. This won’t be the first one I will buy. Super sikat lang kasi siya. I will recommend Delina or even kahit Dyptique lang muna.
Only have a small bottle of this coz I know a little goes a long way. I still prefer classic scents, floral,powdery and musky... Thomas Kosmala No. 4 smells close to BR540 and lasts 24hrs on me... Kahit npa.laundry ko ka damit ko,kapit pa rin,nahawaan pa ibang damit ko 👍

Honest Review: Bought a bottle and very saffron-y at first. And hindi ko sya type kasi amoy matanda (haha sorry ✌🏻) pero after 15-20 mins, may pagkasweet na parang amoy fresh na christmas tree and i like it! (and even friends told me na they liked it on me better sa a la rose homme)
Yeah, I couldn’t smell it on me and didn’t see all the hype but since do like MFK A La Rose and bought that but my favorite is Parfum de Marly Delina which is also beast mode.
yeah ur right its straight up sugary sweet but the amber accord makes it a classy and sophisticated scent. to alot its very polarizing but kudos to maison kurdkjian he made a classic maihihilera siya sa pedestal ng mga classic line ng pabango like chanel N5, poison , opium, samsara, etc. etc.

Just bought the extrait version of this. Same with you, I get so anosmic with it. Nagspray ako on each wrist pero wala akong maamoy unless ilapit ko yung wrist sa nose ko pero sabi ng mga kasama ko sobrang lakas daw ng amoy. Ang weird. I might try the eau de parfum next.

I know I'm late to comment. now that I got a chance to smell this Baccarat rouge perfume, I would say that lahat ng sinabi ng reviewer nato is Ganon din experiences ko. I don't smell the perfume. peru yung mga nasa paligid ko naamoy nila at subrang bango daw. well, I don't like the smell. amoy sugar na parang cotton candy. tas subrang lakat daw ng amoy piro ako kahit bagong spray feeling ko paring mahina yung performance nya which is hindi ko pa mako-consider na noseblind ako kasi pago pa spray. peru as in wala akong naamoy. Smell synthetic nga sya. tiningnan ko sa fragrantica ang mga notes but sadly sugar lang yung notes na naamoy ko.

The best perfume for me. Sobrang love ko sarili ko pag ito gamit ko hahaha. My son says this smells candy, for me it smells tobacco but in a nice way. Ang level up ng sweetness nya. iba talaga eh. I was about to buy this perfume. It's quite expensive. To be honest I'm intrigued. I don't like sweet smell. The only sweet smell (salted caramel pistachio scent) I love is the sol de janeiro cheirosa perfume. Can you review side by side the Ariana grande cloud.
I went to rustans to try the tester of mfk and the extrait. Sobra ung expectation ko I sprayed it in the paper and sa wrist ko. Sa paper May amoy naman.. Pero nung Kahit nagdry down na sa wrist.. nawala yun amoy. Medyo mahina din amoy May after smell na tobacco. Inispray ko rin sa katawan ko like many sprays. After many hours walang amoy 😳 Di ko Alam kung ako lang Pero Wala talaga naiwan. Didn’t bother to ask my sister if naamoy pa nya sakin ung mfk cos marami na kami naamoy na random testers sa rustans and Hilo na rin. Its not worth the money. I really suggest jo malone 🙌🏻 ✨

I'm one of the few that liked BR40 the first time but after a few wears, I don't feel like wearing it anymore. It started feeling like I have a mint toothpaste on my skin. Maybe, that's just me...no matter how expensive this perfume is, it's not for me. Bond No. 9 Greenwich Village is close to BR40 without the minty smell.
Got my decants from your store, Ms. Naya! Husband likes this on me, though he prefers Cheirosa 71 daw. Probably would save me a lot buying the full bottle of the latter, but a part of me is itching to get at least the 30ml of BR540 just to reward myself 🤣

Si BR540, amoy cotton candy. 2 sprays lang ako kahapon, until this morning naaamoy ko sa bahay 😅 I’m tempted to try Santal 33. Kaso wala ako makita na shop dito sa atin baka di ko mapanindigan if magustuhan ko, haha
@@NayaRuth I wore 71 and napawisan ako. Grabe, naging mas intense ang scent nia. BR540 dry down on me, parang lighter version ng 71. Good thing din that both fragrance mixed well with my chemistry kahit pawisan ako. I think I found a new signature scent. Been using Moschino I love love and D&G light blue since forever e 😅

So, meron na akong signature scents for this month. Baccarat rouge for gourmand and un jardin sur le nil for my spring scent.

Yeah, I couldn’t smell it on me and didn’t see all the hype but since do like MFK A La Rose and bought that but my favorite is Parfum de Marly Delina which is also beast mode.

some can detect burnt sugar. as in not the nice smell. Others smell like toilet water. hahaha. Maybe it's because of different ody chemistry

yeah ur right its straight up sugary sweet but the amber accord makes it a classy and sophisticated scent. to alot its very polarizing but kudos to maison kurdkjian he made a classic maihihilera siya sa pedestal ng mga classic line ng pabango like chanel N5, poison , opium, samsara, etc. etc.

The secret with BR 540 is super konti lang na spray. Pag full spray kasi, nakaka suka talaga .
Just bought the extrait version of this. Same with you, I get so anosmic with it. Nagspray ako on each wrist pero wala akong maamoy unless ilapit ko yung wrist sa nose ko pero sabi ng mga kasama ko sobrang lakas daw ng amoy. Ang weird. I might try the eau de parfum next.
I personally prefer na maging anosmic ako sa favorite kong perfume para hindi ako magsawa agad.

I know I'm late to comment. now that I got a chance to smell this Baccarat rouge perfume, I would say that lahat ng sinabi ng reviewer nato is Ganon din experiences ko. I don't smell the perfume. peru yung mga nasa paligid ko naamoy nila at subrang bango daw. well, I don't like the smell. amoy sugar na parang cotton candy. tas subrang lakat daw ng amoy piro ako kahit bagong spray feeling ko paring mahina yung performance nya which is hindi ko pa mako-consider na noseblind ako kasi pago pa spray. peru as in wala akong naamoy.
Smell synthetic nga sya. tiningnan ko sa fragrantica ang mga notes but sadly sugar lang yung notes na naamoy ko.

The best perfume for me. Sobrang love ko sarili ko pag ito gamit ko hahaha. My son says this smells candy, for me it smells tobacco but in a nice way. Ang level up ng sweetness nya. iba talaga eh. I was about to buy this perfume. It's quite expensive. To be honest I'm intrigued. I don't like sweet smell. The only sweet smell (salted caramel pistachio scent) I love is the sol de janeiro cheirosa perfume. Can you review side by side the Ariana grande cloud.

I went to rustans to try the tester of mfk and the extrait. Sobra ung expectation ko I sprayed it in the paper and sa wrist ko. Sa paper May amoy naman.. Pero nung Kahit nagdry down na sa wrist.. nawala yun amoy. Medyo mahina din amoy May after smell na tobacco. Inispray ko rin sa katawan ko like many sprays. After many hours walang amoy 😳 Di ko Alam kung ako lang Pero Wala talaga naiwan. Didn’t bother to ask my sister if naamoy pa nya sakin ung mfk cos marami na kami naamoy na random testers sa rustans and Hilo na rin. Its not worth the money. I really suggest jo malone 🙌🏻 ✨

I'm one of the few that liked BR40 the first time but after a few wears, I don't feel like wearing it anymore. It started feeling like I have a mint toothpaste on my skin. Maybe, that's just me...no matter how expensive this perfume is, it's not for me. Bond No. 9 Greenwich Village is close to BR40 without the minty smell.

Buti eto same sila ng scent. Amoy cookie sia sa opening but the dry down, ang bango talaga. hindi sia cloying. AG Cloud, cloying sia sa akin. Si BR540, amoy cotton candy. 2 sprays lang ako kahapon, until this morning naaamoy ko sa bahay 😅

@@NayaRuth I wore 71 and napawisan ako. Grabe, naging mas intense ang scent nia. BR540 dry down on me, parang lighter version ng 71. Good thing din that both fragrance mixed well with my chemistry kahit pawisan ako. I think I found a new signature scent. Been using Moschino I love love and D&G light blue since forever e 😅
